I purchased 2 shirts because the site says they happily accept returns. The shirts came and I was not happy with the quality. When I asked about a return ( it took a credit card charge dispute for them to respond to me) they offered a 30% off next purchase. (So I can order more garments I don’t like??). They told me the price of shipping would make it “impractical” to return the shirts. The did not post that on their website. Beware! Stick with SHein if you order overseas. They have found a way to make in costly returns

I reality you cannot return your items unless you want to pay the “Impractical”. Shipping charges. They offered me a small coupon to put towards something else! Why? No guarantee I will like the fit/fabric whatever. They don’t post it’s “impractical” to return because of the shipping costs to china, but they told me that when I wanted to return the items. The pictures look like much better quality than what they actually are. Steer clear!!!

Size was wrong. I asked for a refund several months ago. They expect me to return the garment to China, at my own expense, although the fault was theirs. I've been emailing them weekly since January (it's now mid-March), and am beginning to think it's a lost cause. They have stopped replying to my emails. Steer clear of these people - you won't get your money back, and the quality was poor, too.
My husband ordered what was advertised as a 3D sweater I really wanted which took almost three months to get but that's another story. What arrived is not a sweater, looks nothing like the picture, and the quality is poor. It feels like false advertising and was very disappointing.
The items are totally different when they arrive to what they are in the photos. They are just a flat printed sweatshirt nothing fluffy about them being in touch with the company numerous times asking for a returns address and a refund they kept telling me to keep the item would not give me an address and now I’ve stopped responding. I have took the matter further. Shame I cannot provide photos.

The amount of very unusual and high quality items
I ordered an embroidered top. What I received was not like what was advertised. The design was printed on the top, not embroidered. It was flannel. I tried it on and it was soft, and very warm and comfortable. I liked it, so I ordered another. It was the same as the first. I am going to order a third. I'm elderly and don't leave the house much. I love wearing them around the house.
Sizing was erratic. Small cardigan was too small, small jumpers were too large. Items were not as they appeared on the website, quality and design very poor. Printed instead of embroidered. Still trying to return: so far have been offered 10% off next order, or told to return it to China at my own expense. I have no wish to order from these people again - wish I'd read reviews before spending £100 on poor quality clothing - and I had to wait weeks to receive it. Having to wait weeks to return it, too.
Frauds! Jumper on site stated as knitted. Was NOT. Completely different cardigan that arrived, if you can even call it a cardigan. Cheaply made. Useless customer service. Only offering 10% as it needs sent back to China. Website states ‘authentic American’ then says all made and shipped from Latvia? That should have been a red flag. Wish I could attach a photograph of what I received! Appalling.
Variety of items available to choose from. However, there are items when looking on the size chart, it looks that sizes are too small. I am size large with 43 bust size. There are items in which if I want to buy it, I have to get size 2xl or 5 xl. Specially the hip or waist size. I guess it did not mean for me to buy it.
