Roger, we have no idea how this happened. Our commerce platform does not give us access to any of our customers' billing information. We have refunded your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Wen, we're sorry you are unsatisfied with us. Our business simply would not survive if we offered free shipping on all orders. In the future, you can find our products on Amazon if you'd prefer to not pay for shipping. Thank you for your interest and wishing you the best.

Hi AJ. Nice to hear you've had success with our products. I'm guessing by "flimsy" you mean the the padding is light weight like a pool noodle, which is what we wanted. Hopefully, your club won't ever hit it, but if it does, we want it to absorb the hit as much as possible. Thanks for the feedback and support, Brad

That's great to hear, Nelson. Keep it up and thanks for the review. Brad

Thanks so much, Freddie. I hope your ArmAlarm and Bunker Mate make you suck less at this impossible game. Brad

Mark, I really appreciate your thorough remarks about the Pressure Plate. Even keeping the basics together is so hard. Brad

Hi Kevin, not all products are for everyone, for sure. Happy to give you a refund of everything you paid to us if you want to send it back. Sorry it didn’t work for you. Brad

Keith, thanks so much for the kind words and review. So happy our products are helping your students. Brad

Thanks so much, Chad. So glad they are working well for you. Brad
