I previously posted a very negative review. however I should say that when this was flagged up to WhyGolf. they responded very positively I did everything in their power (and more) to sort out the issue. At the end of the day I appreciated this and was a very happy customer

I ordered the disc

I ordered the disc, and it just wasn’t what I thought I could use effectively at my grass range. Think it suits people who hit indoors or on mats better. Anyway, my issue is that there is no prepaid return shipping label provided by whygolf… the cost to return is gonna be almost what the item cost, since the disc is so heavy. Will not order again from them again, because of this reason.

Easy-to-use

The website is easy to navigate. There are excellent explanations of the products and video demonstrations.

Padded Alignment Sticks Purchase

I saw the padded alignment sticks on sale & decided to buy. I’ve had great success w/my Pressure Plate & wanted the sticks for my Alignment Disc. My sticks works, but kinda flimsy

Very attentive to customer service inquiries and the sand trap mat has already helped me go from the worst at traps to just medium bad in just a few weeks. I feel like I’ll be medium good soon and then actual good after that:)

Balance Feedback

purchased the pressure plate and have used daily to practice learning the feeling of weight shift correctly. I really see this device as a reminder to what we should be doing, it's very easy to lose the sensation after a few days , weeks and months. Not sure why they get a bad rep, these devices continually bring me back to what i was originally supposed to be doing, after spending some time relearning the feeling, the results show up on the course, at a minimum, it stops the frustration of not understanding why I strike the ball poorly.

Their products are as advertised

Their products are as advertised, but more importantly, as a golf professional, their products work. I will never recommend a training aid to my students that in my opinion doesn't work. Almost all of my students, and many of my Pro friends, have one or more of WhyGolf's products.

WhyGolf has great products!

WhyGolf has great products especially the pressure plate for those of us that struggle shifting our weight forward in the downswing. I also have the alignment disc which I bring to the range every time. I love their traing aids!

I have bought 2 great products from you: bunker mate and the alignment disc. The Alignment disc is well made, versatile, and practical. I practice mostly indoors and had no real way to set up alignment sticks to practice . . . and now the perfect solution. The disc stays in place. It is sturdy. And I can adjust for what drill I am working on. Which leads to the bunker mate. I love this "tool". I can now practice bunkers and I have been getting better and better with bunkers. Plus you have great customer service.

Service and concern

Order came in promptly but one small part didn’t work and I was going to return. But they sent a replacement part quickly and all worked fine. They care about getting it right!
