We understand how frustrating it must have been to go through the return process, print a label, and ship the item back only to later find out it was not eligible for return. Our wigs cannot be returned once they have been worn or altered. However, we agree the return portal should have communicated that more clearly before allowing the return label to be generated, and we apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.
