It should never overwrite what you entered. And having the box arrive nearly thawed, especially after we had already processed your refund and cancellation, is not acceptable to me. Getting perishable food to you safely is the one thing we can never get wrong, and we did here. I also want to look into the charge you mentioned. Your subscription was cancelled, so if you were billed again after that, we will refund it. Would you be willing to reach out to me directly at [email protected] with your order number? I would like to personally sort out the charge, fix the address in your account so this cannot happen again, and talk through your concerns about the box contents. You deserve a clear, no-runaround resolution, and I want to be the one to give it to you. Again, I am sorry for how this went. Thank you for the chance to set it right.
