Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry for the frustration surrounding the permit requirement. However, as outlined in the contract signed for your project, obtaining any required permits is the homeowner’s responsibility. WindowRama handled all paperwork relating to your HOA but was not responsible for obtaining any permits. We understand that navigating HOA requirements and permitting can be frustrating, and we regret that this situation negatively impacted your overall experience. We always strive to clearly communicate the responsibilities of both the homeowner and WindowRama before work begins, and the permit requirements are specifically addressed in our contract. We appreciate your business and are glad that you were satisfied with the installation itself.

Hi Jane - thanks for taking the time to provide a review - our customer's feedback is very important to us. We apologize for any delays that occurred during your project, but are glad that you are happy with the finished product.
