The reason why we packed it in vacuum packed is to lengthen the shelf life and to maintain the freshness and of course the hygiene. Hi KC Yeoh, thank you for your honest feedback. Note taken and we will work on your feedback. The one's during CNY ran by batches on our thermoforming machine. As for this MCO, we had to use manual vacuum machine and insert meat slice by slice to vacuum seal hence there will be slight variance on it however the recipe always remains the same.
