Love the dry meat & thanks to the staff in Puchong Branch. As after purchase online, I just assume I can collect on next day. (Actual collection should be on subsequent day). Since I’m already in the shop the staff still entertain by packing immediately for me to collect my order. Kudos for your good service. Thanks a lot.

It is unacceptable that no effort has been made to acknowledge or address my concerns. I expect better from a reputable company like Wing Heong, and the current level of service falls far below my expectations. As a valued customer, I deserve timely and respectful communication. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide a resolution to address the ongoing issues with communication and service quality. I look forward to your prompt response and action to rectify this situation.

When I ordered bakkwa, the delivery date was explicitly stated as February 4, 2024. However, to my surprise, the items were delivered earlier without any prior notification or update. It was only when I received a DHL email that I realized the change. Upon noticing this, I promptly reached out to your customer service via email and live chat, clearly stating my preference for the originally agreed-upon delivery date of February 4, 2024. Despite my efforts, I received an acknowledgment from your team, but unfortunately, the items were still delivered on February 2, 2024. This unexpected change has disrupted my plans, and now I find myself in a challenging situation. What adds to my disappointment is the lack of response to my subsequent emails and unanswered phone calls seeking clarification and resolution. I understand that circumstances may arise, but effective communication and adherence to agreed-upon terms are crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction. I urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Wing Heong Imbi branch has been my go to shop fr bak kwa. This year instead I have been going to the Pensng branch. Quality and test is just as good.

I bought Wing Heong BBQ meat for the 1st time on 22nd Oct 2023. I like the fact that they have a good variety of BBQ Meat. I bought the sliced, minced and spicy pork as well as the chicken meat. They were all tasty and good and were individually packed. Also the prawn rolls were good. Fresh and crispy. The only downside is the meats are quite oily. Other than that I find the experience of buying meat at Wing Heong a good experience and will return again.
