I purchased an item for a valentines day gift and paid $24 for the urgent express delivery. After 9 business days after i submitted payment, they have not even shipped out the item and its still being processed. They then till me the delay in processing was due to chinese new year, Terrible service and zero care given to their customers. Do not trust or order from them.
TOTAL SCAM. I bought a Spotify frame and the product they sent was total junk! It ended up a being $50 piece of trash. I tried to get a refund but no such luck. Their customer service is non existent.
On an impulse, I purchased a dog paw's pendant for my mother who had just lost her companion of 11 years. After the purchase, I saw the reviews. I was skeptical, but figured I would let it go and see how it turned out. For once, I got lucky... it came after about 3 weeks (which I know is lengthy, but with the current state of things, and knowing it was coming from China, I was ok with the turnaround). The pendant looked identical in design as the one in the picture, and the rose gold looked beautiful. I'm actually quite pleased with it.

I ordered two of the Custom Name Christmas Crystal Tree Lights from this company, when they arrived they were both poor quality & missing parts. They charge a premium price for cheap, low quality items & I would not recommend buying from them.

This company is the worst company I have ever bought anything online from! The customer service is shocking and disgraceful! The order was sent but I have still not got it! I ordered at the start of November and paid £40! They told me to go to the Post office with no tracking number and ask if it was there! Which I did with no luck! They have now emailed back saying they will send me another one today if I pay the £15 postage! This was a light up tree photo decoration! So I have to pay £15 for postage to get another one sent that will take over a month and Christmas will be over! They have refused to return my money! Do not buy from this company it’s a scam and I am very annoyed and disappointed!
Much like all the other negative reviews they sent me the product and had put two pictures right next to each other & was poor quality. Trying to get a sensible response out of them is a nightmare. They are very rude and unhelpful. I have explained that it was for a surprise proposal party that has now passed but they have 0 empathy or professionalism. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If there is a 0 rating I would have given it. AVIOD AVIOD!!! Ordered heart shaped photo frame, it was rubbish, not as described, item was faulty, led lights didnt work. The photos on the frame were not printed properly and they added extra ones. The pictures were not great print either. The seller was very rude and refused to give a refund.. the item was not cheap!! DO NOT BUY from this seller. Reading everyone's comments they have similar experience of receiving terrible and rubbish products!
Ordered photo lamp that was meant to be delivered before Father’s Day. It’s been almost 5 weeks and still have not received item. Response I received was it’s been delivered to Australia to wait for it. No information or tracking number for anywhere to locate in Australia. Would never ever buy from them again.
