Excellent product and customer service

Had one of their G900's for a year or two and been a fantastic camera which includes the rear view camera and allows me to see out the back with two big German Shepard's usually blocking my view. Recently got a new car and had to rip out the rear camera as I didn't want to take the car apart again! Wolfbox has spares available to purchase and of course purchased the wrong one, no worries though a quick e-mail, the order was changed and refund for the difference. Mark was fantastic all the way through offering guidance and help if needed and happy to hear feedback about the camera So good we purchased one for my mother's car and will be getting one for my partner's car soon!

Fast, courteous service with complete problem resolution

The service response from Wolfbox was prompt and professional. They resolved my issue quickly and, even though the problem was entirely my fault, without charge.

Excellent Customer Service!

I have been using the dashcam for approximately 1 year without any issues. When the rear camera suddenly malfunctioned, I contacted the support team. They responded very quickly and sent a brand new replacement camera under warranty at no cost. On top of that, they even followed up with an email to make sure the new one was working properly. This level of after-sales support is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Both the product quality and customer service are top-notch. I highly recommend them!

Bad Customer Service

I made an appointment with a local installer for the Wolfbox g900 Tripro system. The installer told me to call Wolfbox to make sure I ordered what I needed for my 2025 Bronco install. The fella that helped me asked me no questions. I told him I had a 4 door 2025 Bronco. He did not ask me any questions on how it was to be installed. I assumed that the G900 Tripro system came with a hardwire kit (both fuse and OBD). I drove 60 miles to get my camera system installed only to be told that my system did not come with a fuse hardwire kit. The whole point of me calling was to get the right kit. When I called Wolfbox again the fella talked in circles but would send a hardwire kit. I asked if they would send an email to confirm what they were sending. I was told only tracking information. The tracking information had no product details. Plus it was going to be 10 days before I received it. I ordered the kit on my own via Amazon. I sent an email to customer service and never heard back. Be warned their customer service reps are farmed out to other countries and they do not seem to know the products. Only scripts. Lastly, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I could not.

Over and above

Not only was it a great product i bought, the after service was fantastic. I was involved in an accident, and after removing the item from the old car, they got damaged, and would no longer work in my new car, i didn’t put this down to a product fault, and was waiting to find out how much this was going to cost me to get it replaced, the Wolfbox operator went above and beyond, sending the part out free of charge, and also no postage. You are at the mercy of some companies and quite ofter they take the proverbial out of you, trying to squeeze every penny they can, but the operator was only concerned about getting me sorted. Honestly I have never encountered a company with after-sales service and support as exceptional as WOLFBOX. The response time is incredibly fast.Mark, who assited me, has a true problem-solver attitude. I had an issue with the rear camera with expired warranty and a replacement was still sent. I have been so impressed with the aftercare of Wolfbox “mark” customer service, I had to leave a review, contacted them to let them no I was experiencing issues with my g900pro, explained to mark who advised a couple tests to see if resolved issue, unfortunately it didn’t, however he went above and Beyond for me, communication was second to none “fantastic comms” iv not just got my issue sorted it was almost delightful to experience the level of aftercare provided, a lot of companies can learn a lot from Wolfbox on how to treat customers, iv not experienced this level of assistance in a very long time if ever! So a massive thankyou to Wolfbox from me & yes yes yes would highly recommend wolfbox for quality products and customer service like no other.

Amazing Dash Cam Setup, Just Hard to Fit on RAV4 2021 Mirror

I’ve been using the WOLFBOX G900 TriPro for a year now and it has been working really well. The video quality on all three cameras is excellent — the front 4K footage is sharp, the cabin camera is clear even at night, and the rear camera gives a wide, reliable view. The touchscreen is smooth and responsive, and the interface is easy to use while driving. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade for safety and visibility. The only thing I hope WOLFBOX can improve is offering a longer rear‑view mirror stem, or at least a compatible extension. I drive a RAV4 2021, and because of the panel in the middle of the windshield, the dash cam doesn’t fit the way it should. A longer or compatible stem would make installation much easier for cars with this kind of setup. Aside from that, the product has been excellent — highly recommended.

Had an issue with g900. one email later, they had a full replacement sent out within a few days. Wolfbox has great customer service.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The customer service is out of this world! I just heard word of mouth that they provide a wiring kit for free with a purchase of one of their dash cameras. I figured just ask and hope for they best…. They sent it right away with my proof of purchase and i got it within days!!! Planning on installing my camera soon. Love this company!

Out of warranty reached out to WOLFBOX…

Out of warranty reached out to WOLFBOX and they sent me a replacement. Received and installed just the front camera, and everything is now working perfectly! Excellent Service!!!!!!!!

I ordered from Wolfbox the G900 tri-pro. Initially I received the OEM mount bracket but the arm was to small. They reached out to check if everything was ok and when I notified them, immediately they responded and fixed the issue. I also had an issue with the OBD hardwire kit not being compatible with my hybrid Toyota which they handled immediately as well. I am very happy with their service and I recommend them to anyone. The device is excellent as well. Definitely best dashcam and service out there right now.!!!!!!!!!

Replacement Nozzle 1st Class After Sales Care

After breaking one of my nozzles (my fault entirely) I contacted wolfbox to enquire about ordering a replacement. Not only did they reply straight away Mark at customer services dealt with my situation and sent a full replacement nozzle pack to me straight away. Not only that he kept in contact with me all through the process even checking in with me that I had received it. My blower is a great product which I now know is backed up with faultless 1st class after sales and customer service, thanks Wolfbox and particular Mark from your customer services team.

I bought a WolfBox Dashcam on Amazon. Not only have they provided needed tech-support after purchase via email, they've sent free replacement parts for my device after i switched cars. A+ highest recommendation.

I bought this front and rear view…

I bought this front and rear view camera nearly 2 years ago and its worked really well until latley the rear camera stopped working. I emailed for advice and they asked for proof of purchase and sn number then shipped out a new camera. All resolved in a say!!! Great customer service

A rare 10 out of 10 customer service experience !

customer service is above and beyond at Wolfbox. Mark was quick to respond and even followed up to make sure we got everything fixed after a mix up . Real people answer their customer service phone number … not a frustrating bot giving you the same script answers. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that is actually helpful and making sure you’re completely satisfied with their products. I will continue to use and buy from Wolfbox again and again .

Excellent customer service

Ive had a wolfbox camera for a couple of years now, but recently the hinge on my back camera had rusted off due to the rain, I got in touch with wolfbox, fully prepared to purchase a replacement. After providing them with the details they required they had sent me a new back camera!! Not only where the email replies swift, they got the issue sorted for me so quickly and within a few days the camera has already been delivered. It's a great product and the customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend
