Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers genuinely love how simple the website is for designing custom merchandise like keychains and stickers, frequently praising the vibrant colors and sturdy quality of every item. Many people point out that the delivered items match the online mockups wonderfully and always arrive safely packaged. However, some customers also noted minor frustrations with shipping updates, mentioning that it was difficult to properly track packages once they were dispatched. A few reviewers additionally pointed out occasional color rendering issues where warm or cool tones did not always print accurately.

You can customize your items from start to finish, and there are tons of finishing options. You can get free mockups to preview the product and adjust it as needed. Shipping is inexpensive, the products are very clean, and delivery is fast. I recommend it 10,000%!
Everything got here in time and in super high quality! I really enjoyed costumizing everything and I love the wide selection of merchandise. I'll definitely buy more products!
Had the most amazing experience! Customer service is also top tier! One of my keychains came in Broken but they shipped in another one ASAP! I’ll definitely be ordering more from them💚🧡✨
I’ve been using Wooacry for over a year now without any issues, and I fully intend to keep using them for years to come. Their help center is always incredibly supportive and clear; they go above and beyond to assist you, with no communication barriers whatsoever. The product quality is nothing short of excellent—the fact that you can print in RGB is a huge plus, especially for an artist like me who primarily works within that color gamut. The mockups are a great way to visualize the final product, and they allow you to easily tweak anything you’re not happy with (which is a massive help for me, as I sometimes struggle to put my ideas into words). In short, compared to other manufacturers, Wooacry is the one I’d recommend to everyone—both for their outstanding quality and their pricing (which is highly accessible, especially with the various discounts available). I really hope to see their catalog continue to expand, and I can’t wait to create something new with them!
In the current moment I have ordered 5 different items and have been extremely pleased with the results of each order. The products themselves have been very high quality and have maintained the quality of my artwork. The reason im currently giving it a 4/5 stars is because of how Tracking is handled update wise. I found it difficult to track where my package before and after entering the US. Both orders i struggled to find where it was or even know what day it would arrive inside or outside the app. So if they had more updates to that system even if they use a 3rd party I'd definitely be pleased. Overall it is a very consistent and reliable manufacturer so I have recommended it to friends in the past.
Everything arrived super high quality. It was easy to customize and see how everything would fit my ita bag. Wooacry is great affordable option for Yumeshippers to get items. Or if you want merch of your OC or characters that do not have a ton of merch already. I waited because I wanted to give the items a few months to see if anything would break, rip, or otherwise get ruined. But no Ive had everything for 6 months and they are still just as good as when I first got them. Minus one of the chains for the CD charm broke but it was a very easy fix.
So far I've ordered from them three times, and let me tell you, I can see myself ordering even more! Shipping is fast (Italy), the website is very user friendly and I CAN USE RGB!!!! I cannot stress enough how good the quality is, and for any problems you can reach them out!
The quality is quite high and affordable for the most part! I almost had no issues so far, my favorite product I bought from Wooacry was the mochi ball keychain 🥹 They have a lot of options to choose from, like stickers, can badges, acrylics, etc! I’m so excited to order more later on for my ocs! 🍰✨
I would say pretty great quality stuff! Shipping can sometimes take awhile, and sometimes paying for it can be difficult. I remember trying Apple pay and my Mastercard and it wouldn’t work, yet paypal did! I bought 7 keychains a while ago and just recently 3 plush keychains! They’ve all been high quality. I would say worth the money!
I live in a third world country so trying to find a reliable and high quality manufacturer able to supply my expectations with acrylic was hard and the printing always ended up easily scratched or with off colors ,, Been trying out manufacturers for likeee three years or so??? nationally and internationally, had tried like four. I stumbled with Wooacry one day while browsing through Instagram iirc, gave it a chance and BOY it changed my life as an indie small artist who sell stuff at cons Prices? Affordable If it's just 3 pieces or a whole box of goodies, I always managed for it to fit within my budget with the discounts they offer from time to time, 10/10 tbh Quality? Perfect! The printing, shining colors on acrylic I couldn't get from others companies as they printed only in CMYK, messing with my colors. Wooacry doesn't, all the designs I sent were printed with the correct colors. They're pretty resistant too! I can be a bit rough with stuff so my keychains usually ends up on the floor or being tossed around but I haven't seen a scratch on them in months. The shipping is safe and fast, the only issues I had with it was because of my local carriers but never on Wooacry's end Trustworthy and incredibly good company The fact that they don't allow AI slop is just a plus for us artists. Would recommend every time and will be working with them from now on
If you are looking for cheap, quality merchandise, this is the place. I ordered 5 keychains of my OC from this place, and was surprised by the amount of time it took for shipping to arrive, and the quality. I can tell that certainly prioritized the quality over anything, and I appreciate that from a company.
My keychains were great quality! Came in relatively fast, and cheap for custom keychains! Love the clasp customization too, made it look better imo
wooacry as a really good quality, nice client service and fast shipping !!! highly recommand to anyone
Overall i love wooacry. The mock up feature is a life saver and wooacry is the main manufacturer i use. The only problem i have is when printing smaller keychains the quality ends up decreasing, but that's to be expected. The shipping is incredibly fast!
Their products are not so bad. The service is friendly when I have questions about a design or how specifically to manufacture them. Not long ago I got a keychain from them and it came out with great quality as expected!
I’ve loved to use Wooacry, their website is great to work, and it’s easy to upload photos for the customization! I’ve order a few things from them, and only found one item dissatisfactory. I had ordered the keychain with the spring ear attachment things, and it had came a bit broken, and the springs sucked. Other than that, I love all the other stuff i’ve gotten! Good Quality, Great website, and for Oc or character merch it’s pretty low price. Shipping does take forever though.
I loved all the keychains I ordered! They came well packaged and in amazing condition. The only thing I have to say is I looked at the pin options on the site and I wish the enamel pins could be ordered in singles and not bulk 😞. But every company has a reason!
i ordered a keychain and the quality is actually amazing compared to other keychains ive had omg. also its so accesible for artists who want to start selling merch bc you dont have to pay anything extra.
Ordered my first keychain from Wooacry. It was of excellent quality, and very cute! However, though the charm itself it fine, the keychain it came with (I ordered a classic phone charm string one) was missing a connection chain at the end, meaning I can’t attach my charm to it. Not sure why this occurs, and all the extra components also have this flaw.
Recently ordered my first acrylic keychain. The turnaround time is quite fast, the order is done within 3 days. It was shipping that took a bit of time but that was expected since they ship from China. I received it today, the quality is much better than I expected. The print is very high quality and detailed—you can see the whiskers and the claws of the fox! Will definitely order from wooacry again soon
