Only issue is with using white can disappear in the acrylics but the discord server is active with updates and the staff is super helpful for any concerns and complaints.

only ordered a couple times so far but the quality has been amazing - i love how it prints in RGB rather than CMYK, making it far more accurate :)
great prices & great item choices, loved all the keychains i’ve received so far & am waiting on a custom standee - production took about 6 days for a 7 item order ranging from acrylic keychains , acrylic standees & custom connection keychain - and roughly 10 or so days delivery to the uk for me personally
overall a great service & is great access accessibility to people who want merch of their ocs & such. great staff, always super responsive & helpful regarding issues !

High quality designs with no minimal order quantity, great print quality that matches the vibrant colors of the art submitted. So many creative and interesting design templates to choose from on top of the DIY where you can do even more. Unfortunately there’s little things like the wooden items chipping away easy and the chips in the shaker charm getting stuck in corners that hold me back from a perfect rating

After having a rough time with Vograce and GS-JJ, I turned to Wooacry months later and did a test run by ordering a clear standee and badges. I usually order keychains, but for my first time purchasing from Wooacry, I was absolutely blown away. I don't think I had to wait as long for shipping (though to be fair I mostly order in small batches, not bulk for my own personal use and for recording promo videos), so when they arrived, I was in awe at how protected they were. They were all held together nicely, and I swear the badges had at least 3 to 4 layers + bubble wrap inside of the packaging to make sure they didn't break. The quality of both the standee and badges were absolutely stunning (and it was further amplified by the holo hearts and pearl brush lamination I chose), and better yet, Wooacry supports RGB printing! So my designs matched the original PNG files perfectly.
My first purchase from Wooacry made me join their Discord server, and I can already tell from the staff that they greatly care about listening to artist feedback, and getting artists to collaborate together. They actually focus on ALL artists, not just the micro-influencers.
From now on, I'll be using Wooacry. Their site having no MOQ, their iconic personal mockup system, the variety of products without feeling too overwhelming and the overall support for big and small artists really takes the cake for me.

Staff are dismissive when you contact them with issues / need help with orders or inquiries. They say they’re busy and never really get back to messages on time, if at all. Also the price tiering used to be better, not so much anymore. I’ve moved onto other companies for manufacturing.

Wooacry make very good quality items and they sort out any issues you have pretty quickly. Their discord is very helpful for any questions and I am yet to have any kind of negative experience purchasing or selling items from them (I have made probably about 10 orders now)
My only issue is with how much plastic packaging they use, but they have recently added an option to use more eco friendly packaging.

Highly recommended, but be aware of the shipping time!
I've placed at least a dozen orders on the website, and they've all arrived right on time! The recent addition of "tariffs-free" on standard shipping has been a lifesaver! My products arrive in Mexico without any extra charges or delays in 15-20 days, exactly as the website states.
The customer service via Discord is also great. When I had a problem, they provided solutions and support until I had the package in my hands. And most importantly, the products and colors are the most perfect I've seen compared to other sites! Even my most unusual ideas have been brought to life! I highly recommend it! But always place your order well in advance! Once shipped, keep in mind that the company can't do much during transit, so take precautions and track your order. Good luck!

Products are fine, delivery terrible as well as customer service
The products are fine no issues there. But I placed an order on 26th August for my daughters bday this weekend (12th sep). I paid for express shipping. The items are still not here. It's near on impossible to contact them. It's done through discord. Which is fine if you have this,although again its still near on impossible to contact. I have had no communication to tell me why my order is over a week late at this point. Will have to hope its here for my daughters birthday. Terrible. Will not be using this company again.
I ordered products a few weeks before an event, and despite the website stating that it will likely be delivered in 5-7 days, the package is not going to arrive in time. It hasn't even been sent out yet! A very frustrating experience. I will not be trusting this company again.
I ordered a bulk of keychains, and honestly, the quality was just okay. When the parcel box arrived to me, it was already a bad sign. It wasn't well packaged and the box was almost falling apart. The keychains were batched into bags with no bubble wrap protection, hence there were cracks in almost all keychains I ordered. The cracks appeared around the keychain hole and various parts of the edges. The colours were off and looked slightly more yellowed compared to my previous test purchase of a few keychains. Some of the keychains had bubbles inside the acrylic as well as the design itself, which effects the overall quality and aesthetic, making it look patchy and cheap. (I payed a lot for this bulk which should guarantee good quality products but in this case, it did not.) Don't get me wrong, the keychains still looked great besides the cracks and bubbles. They had a nice weight to them and the gradients looked very visually pleasing. I will warn that this company won't provide refunds unless your order got lost in transit. You're better off buying just a few keychains since they put more care and effort into small purchases, never bulks. It could've just been bad luck for me but I don't feel confident to purchase from Wooacry again.
Checkout page says items are in your cart when they aren't! You can update the quantity of some items, and the cart price will update, making you think they are in your order, but they aren't. When you checkout and pay, you'll notice the items aren't on your invoice. So, you have to pay extra to get everything you thought you were ordering!
Predatory website design.
Also because of this issue, it appeared their charms are the same price as Vograce -- no, actually their charms are much more expensive.
Contacted support and they would not re-do, cancel or refund the order.
Very disappointed. Back to Vograce I go!
This is my second time ordering, and I ordered 3 things. I ordered their plush badges (4 different designs), keychains (6 different designs), standees (2 different designs) and a mouse pad because why not. Absolutely everything came out wonderful! The quality is great, the shipping took a little while but all is well.
