Great service, good quality, fast shipping options with a very attentive customer service. The mockup option allows you to make sure your products turn out the way you want them to, which makes this an easier process than with other sellers. The products can be a little pricier than other providers, but discounts are available and there's no MOQ... and I'd say it's overall very much worth it all things considered. Big variety of products to choose from, at that! the colors come out lovely, my art wasn't sent in CMYK but the colors came out vibrant anyway.

I’m relatively new to the process of merch-making, but I’d say that Wooacry is definatively the company to go to. What I enjoy most is that as promised, their mockup system is extremely easy and intuitive to use, and for the most part is extremely accurate to what you’ll be getting. Manufacture and shipping times are relatively short, and packaging is quite secure. So far, I have only ordered stickers, acrylic stands, and acrylic keychains, but both are of a stunning quality-my only minor complaint with they keychains is that the colors tend to print a little dark, but that is something rather easy to account for and also displayed in the mockups. The acrylic stands especially are of a wonderful quality-easily of the kind offical merch is. Despite the reasonable prices, they do not feel cheap. There’s also a great variety in products offered, so I’ll definatively be trying those. Overall, massively reccomend for artists who wish to get merch made.

Im order on vograce since more 10 years, only now the keychains incan see print of wooacry are by my friends, for lucky the color is really nice and the touch too.
Other hand is amazing can update the file in rgb without issue ( is recomendated in cmyk but in rgb works)

I've only ordered from Wooacry once and doing it again for some acrylic charms. It's easy to make mockups of what you want compared to other competitors and the prices and shipping are really affordable. Especially if you want fast shipping for a bit more bang for your buck. It's worth it for anyone who wishes to have some merch of underrated characters or even your original characters!
I heard about Wooacry from a fellow artist at a convention and when hearing such good things about it, I decided to try it out myself. The automatic mock-up feature is what secured the deal for me. I ordered a variety of products and the shipment was still really fast! I'll definitely be using Wooacry for many more orders to come.
I've ordered their stuff from multiple places and got it pretty much on time.If not a bit early and their quality is really nice!! I currently use them as my primary manufacturer and not having to worry about MOQ is a game changer when it comes to testing products or just making stuff for myself!! I personally really like their squishy badges and their acrylics are nice too ^^

When I placed my order for 3 custom art acrylic keychains, I wasn’t really expecting the easiest time figuring out the dimensions. However Wooacry made it so easy to select sizing, offering example images of the sizes you choose when you add your image in. The tracking of the packages was easy as well, not at all difficult like some other companies have made it. Last but certainly not least, when the products arrived they were wonderful quality! My art looked great on the acrylic, not at all pixelated, and so far the acrylic has yet to scratch from everyday use! I’ve had them for just over 2 months now and they’re amazing! I definitely recommend!
The merch is beautiful, I got a plush pin along with 5 other different pins and a keychain and they were all absolutely GORGEOUS, the quality was great and colors were accurate, whoever it did take a little bit longer than i expected, which isn’t good for last minute things, but it was honestly worth it because of the great quality that the products had, not only that but I love the sheer amount of different products they have. I plan on ordering more merch from them sooner since I was so satisfied with my order. 9/10 experience!!
As an artist who only started making my products months, and delving specifically into acrylic products 7 months ago, Wooacry's prices seemed the most attractive to me since having only just started, that was admittedly what I prioritized at the time. However even after eventually having the funds to text other reputable manufacturers and trial and erroring my way around, I always eventually circled right back to Wooacry which speaks for the quality of their products and how easy they make the process to get exactly what I envisioned to make.
In addition to having the most reliable quality at what is in my opinion an amazing price, they're also surprisingly fast considering where I live. I have placed orders several times fully expecting them to show up on the later end of their predicted shipping time but I continue to be surprised with the speed of their manufacturing, which is tracked.
The design space is also very intuitive and easy to use, and opens many avenues for customization with their products.
I think I'll be sticking with Wooacry for the forseeable future of my independent businesses' lifespan.

I am just starting out in the process of making merch and Wooacry is definitely the company to go to! They're products are affordable and ship incredibly quickly! I ordered an array of Keychains, Stickers, Stickersheets and Photocards and I was in awe of the quality! My art printed so nicely on all the items, and the colors looked exactly how they did in the original image! I ordered some acrylic keychains, lenticular keychains, and a spinning standee. The quality and printing of each one came out fantastic. I don't like that the back of the keychains comes with a protective layer that's printed with a bunch of keyring icons on it. It made it a bit awkward when I gave it to my friend like that because I wanted to keep it protected still. The lenticular keychain image came out a bit pixelated around the edges, though this may be a flaw of the product and not the printing. I'm sad that the spinning standee and lenticular keychain seem to have a limit size, though. My spinning standee came out smaller than I anticipated. The shipping was fast, it came in a little less than two weeks (I'm from the US). Overall, great experience and will be considering wooacry for small gifts for friends!

Ordering through the website was pretty easy, although the editing process got a little tedious at times. Quick and easy payment processing, and even when I had an issue with the cart switching from express to standard shipping, I was able to contact staff within 24 hours and pay the difference to get express. The wait time was quite long, as I ordered during the hottest time of the year - so it was understandable. I was able to request them to split my order in two (for faster shipping instead of waiting for the whole batch to send out together) which I really appreciated! Now onto the product… I hate to say it, but the quality is.. fine. The clear stickers had a very transparent white layer for the opaque part of the design, and the standard charms were of standard quality. The button print & quality were lovely, but the INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING IS AWFUL !! I ordered around 600-650 buttons and I had to cut open every. single. bubble mailer. to retrieve the button - only for it to also be packaged in a cello bag!! I was extremely irritated with that process lol
Overall, the quality of what i purchased was fine - and i am willing to try their other product again. Are they my first choice? No. But that’s only because I’m very happy with who I have as my main manus. But is Wooacry a company I might use in a pinch as an all-in-one place to shop during convention mayhem? For sure! It’s worth a try for both the beginner & experienced artist like myself, but just know that you pretty much act as your own “middle man” and “quality checker” with the mock-ups and proofs. There isn’t a confirmation email that you receive before production. Also, if you don’t have a discord or use it often, it kinda blows waiting on your hands for an email back (the team who handles discord help tickets & email is the same !! So please don’t double-text!) and not be able to quick search chat in case someone else has a similar issue to yours. Also - the staff is lovely and quick with responses and concerns, which is a super important to me!! Anyways, overall worth a shot trying out Wooacry.

However, a note to buyers: the company’s warehouse is located in China, thus shipping times can vary based on location. Be patient! Your order *will* come, and it *will* be worth the wait!
Very happy with all my orders! I’ve ordered a variety of products from stickers, to acrylic keychains, plush badges and wood keychains, and the quality has been amazing with every product. I only wish there was more customisation options for wood keychains, like having multiple layers or different wood options. Everything has turned out amazing though, and I’d recommend for any artists!!
I am a small artist who has only recently begun designing and creating physical merchandise, and between Wooacry’s broad catalogue of products, beginner friendly low-MOQ, and the straightforward mock-up tool, I was able to jump into the process with very little intimidation.
The Customization Process: Streamlined and concise. When uploading my product designs, the built-in mockup tool allowed me to customize my prospective products with no trouble. Canvas size and resolution recommendations, bleed files, product specifications, and price adjustments are all clearly listed, which is helpful to quell any anxieties that may arise along the way. In the case you’re still skeptical about the final product, however, the mockup tool is fantastic and produces a very accurate end result.
The Products and Packaging: Though I am preparing for a bulk order, so far I have only ordered 3-4 products at a time: 2x sets of glossy die-cut stickers, 2x 8-inch acrylic standees, 1x acrylic keychain, 2x double-sided holographic photocards, and 1x 4”x6” postcard. For all of them, the colors were vibrant and rich (keep in mind they will print slightly darker than you may expect due to Wooacry’s working with RGB), and the lines were just as smooth as on canvas. The photocards are thick, durable quality, and the acrylics have comfortably rounded edges with no rough or gritty cuts. Overall, all were visually appealing with a good physical feel. The package they arrived in was well-protected with individual wrapping and a good amount of bubblewrap.
The only issue I have been notified of by one of my customers is that the acrylic standee base has a chance to be printed too small for the standee itself to fit. One would have to file it down to size or place the stand crooked into the base. This has not happened to any of my other customers that I am aware of, so it seems to be a random occurrence.
Shipping Time & Customer Service: Since I only ordered in small-batch, the production time and shipping time was quick, totaling about 13 days. In my first order, the only delay I experienced was because of an influx of packages in customs, so out of Wooacry’s control. Furthermore, there was a small fleck of white ink on one of my acrylics, likely where the printer may have skipped. When I contacted Customer Service about it via email (thinking perhaps it may have been my mistake, I wanted to know how to avoid it in the future), they were swift to respond and immediately offered a refund that arrived to me within a few days. They have also assisted me directly with my questions regarding my personal canvas alignment issues in a timely manner, even though they really didn’t have to. I’m really appreciative of their desire to help.
I plan to update this review once my bulk order is placed and received, but until then, I’ve had very positive experiences with Wooacry so far and highly recommend their services.

the quality of the stickers and acrylic keychains i ordered were much higher that i expected! i’ve recently been testing printing my art and i’m very happy with the results i’ve gotten from wooacry. i also appreciate that the costs are low, and that you are able to order smaller sticker packs (a lot of websites i looked at required a minimum of 25-50). if i had to nitpick anything, it would be that the tracking/updates are a bit weird and sometimes infrequent, so i felt like i didn’t really know when to expect my package. but, that didn’t affect my products! will definitely be ordering again!
