100% scam
100% scam. My wife ordered a table and we are told over and over of shipping issues. I am confident the other reviews are scammer initiated.

评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. People frequently experienced extremely long delivery delays, with many packages taking several weeks or months to arrive from overseas without clear tracking information. Customers also pointed out that the products often arrived damaged, manufactured with cheap materials, and equipped with incorrect mounting hardware that did not work properly. Some reviewers were happy with their purchases, noting that certain items looked beautiful, arrived meticulously packaged, and fit nicely into their living spaces. Others appreciated the polite customer support team and found the wooden furniture surprisingly easy to assemble once it was finally delivered.

Beautiful Counter Height Table
Well-packed and easy to assemble. The craftsmanship and wood quality are outstanding. Zero disappointment here.
Thrilled with the new bench
Thrilled with the new bench. Needed a narrow one for the apartment entry, and this fit perfectly. Found it via Facebook. Great discovery!
Scammers
Scammers. Ships from china with fake us tracking. Requests to refund/return are being met with repetitive offers of some ridiculous discounts, when showing the intention to dispute transaction via paypal - cuts communication. Don't shop with these garbage scammers.
Absolutely adore this console table
Absolutely adore this console table, superb design. It's perfect for behind the sofa and makes a great entrance way.
Solid walnut console table
I adore my table. Finding the desired size was tough until Woodartdeal offered numerous options. Although the wait time exceeded usual, it's understandable for a small, custom-made business.
Woodartdeal not worth what you pay
Been waiting for my table for nearly two months now and confirmed that the tracking number is not legit. After repeated emails to company they keep saying it has been shipped but they are unable to update tracking info which is a lie! I was misled to believe this was an American company with the product built in this country but it is actually coming from China. I have opened a claim with PayPal but I am not optimistic at this point. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this scam!!! Well after 2 months I received my table but as expected it was not the quality I thought I was buying for over $350.00. The pipes are thin and the wood was not a slab as displayed. I am glad I did not buy the chairs because they would never hold up with the thin tubing. Its not even worth trying to send it back to China. This is a one and done for me.
Company is Chinese and product is crap
Wiskey Barrel side tables are crap. Mass produced and packaged so metal strap was bent. Needed assembly and was missing parts. Completely dissatisfied. Been emailing back and forth for the past week. Received a reply that if we don't accept the $50 refund they will get fired and their kids wont eat. Contacted our bank to stop payment. Will be reporting them to the FTC for fraudulent marketing and not honoring their return policy.
This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. Bogus confirmation info and extended delivery date sent so that your credit card gets charged. They provide a fake UPS number for tracking purposes. No way to contact anyone at the China based “operation.”
SCAM!!
SCAM!!! Ordered 4 whiskey barrel bar stools.. said they were hand crafted in America. I was expecting some quality chairs paying over $600. Got them box had Chinese writing on it, I knew then it was junk, I put one together and its not sturdy feels like it could collapse on you. Emailed asking to return and a refund and was told to accept $50 or he would be fired to have pity on him. Been back and forth in emails for 3 weeks each time he ups the price he’s willing to give me. I just want to return the junk.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I ordered a whiskey barrel shelf. It arrived and looked like a 6th graders first wood project. After 10 days of asking for a refund, received an email telling me to accept a $30 refund or they would get fired and there kids wouldn’t be able to eat.
Not hand crafted, not wood, from China...do not buy
Whiskey Barrel furniture is definitely not as advertised. It is not made from a used whiskey barrel. It is from China and there is nothing hand made or artisan about it. It's pieced together wood and it doesn't come assembled. The holes for the legs do not match up. It is cheap and the metal piece is flimsy. This was a scam.
look elsewhere
Ordered a black iron pipe bar top table on December 30th 2023. on Jan 5th I reached out for an estimated delivery date, to which the company said 1-2 wks and requested a fedex "shipping label" which gives the illusion that its on its way. On Jan 30th i reach out to request a status update where I was told that I need to "wait with patience for 14-19 more days". well after 7 weeks it arrived. The box was damaged looking like it had been dropped. this resulted in a damaged corner in the top. The "black iron" pipe is actually a version of conduit and the coating easily flaked off. not worth the hassle...
This has been an awful experience
This has been an awful experience! I ordered 2 shelves on December 4th for Christmas. They arrived 30 days later. One is broken. I’ve emailed and had responses back and forth for zero weeks now demanding a return shipping and a refund. They continue to ignore me and offer half the money for one shelve. These are from China and I caution you to run away from the site as fast as you can. Continuing to try to get my money back. So frustrating.
SCAM from China
SCAM from China. Buyer beware. Its crap. Not real. Paypay is a pain in the rear to deal with. After 2 months of back and forth. They want us to return it at our cost. Which is now $135 back to China with DHL. SCAM.
This is the second table of this kind…
This is the second table of this kind that I've purchased, and I love it as much as the first one. They fit perfectly in our small, rustic living room.
Beautiful wood and carefully packed!
I gave this as a gift to my nephew, and he loved it! The quality is excellent, though it did take longer than expected to receive the item.
I ordered the Barrel Table
I ordered the Barrel Table. Not even close to the quality or color shown. The finish is all chipped off. The sellers DO NOT respond. They are located in Canada and have NO contact phone number FYI! I have asked for a refund and have disputed the charge. They finally agreed on a email to refund and that I do not have to send back. I also disputed through my PayPal. They are now saying that they want me to ship this JUNK back to Canada form the US. UMMMMM that will cost more than this pile of crap cost in total! SCAM!!!!!!
The wood is heavier than I expected
The wood is heavier than I expected. I would order again
Company is a scam
Company is a scam, stay away! Hong Kong trash. Furniture is not made from bourbon barrels as advertised and pictured, but rather fingerjointed pine with a 2nd grader finish. The stools were unusable....I assembled one and threw the others in the trash.
