The board was not sent, a month ago that the board was going to arrive they send an email to apologize they offered me $ 50 refund and reship.
That I refused, because at the same time they offered a new offer and give $ 50 to the "new customer" so their compensation for their mistake is ridiculous.
After 4days of negociation : i asked him 40$ refund (insteed of 50) and the anniversary pack "including hate Tshit and new remote" selled 10$. For him it does not change anything and it is the same to reorder. So finally this compensation of having made me wait 1 month for nothing is not one....

Finally I will not buy because looking on review (real one not paid one) a lot of people have problems after the end of the warranty of 90Days and a bad SAV of course.
I have bought a 2S but received a previous version of their deck which is full maple made. The website clearly states the deck as being made of maple AND bamboo (to give more flex). Wowgo admitted they made a mistake but refuses to send the right deck. I have to buy it again on their website they say.
This is not what you expect from a serious company. Their support is not good. They stop answering when they are bothered. I have made a bad review on their official website, 2 months later my review is not visible. Guess it's easy to only publish the good reviews isn't it Wowgo ?
I do not recommend this company.
Will it EVER ship?
While the board looks great, buyer beware. I ordered my board what is now ages ago. Was first told it would ship in a few days. After those days were up, then a week. After then they were backlogged so between the 15-20th. When I contacted them again on the 21st since it hadn't shipped they said in the next 2 days. After those 2 days I contacted them again and they said as soon as they can?!?!? If they can't ship product, they should give everyone refunds. So far negative experience. I will change my review if things change.
Well I received the board finally. And I will admit, after the pain of waiting, it was well worth it!! Board is amazing, have put 40 miles on it in 3 days! Fast, smooth and fun! Very satisfied!!

Service was good and they always replied to all my emails within 48hours. If anything changes or the product fails in the next 6 months i will update this review but so far this has been a brilliant product and has been getting me to work wizzing past all the bikes and cars around the city centre.
I would love to be able to give this board a good review. Since my previous skateboard was stolen I have been desperate to upgrade to one of these seemingly enviable electric boards. Sadly, instead, I feel I have been stolen from twice over now as the board is now over a month in waiting and I am missing out on the best summer in years. Of course, coming from China you would expect to wait, however the courier company these guys are in league with have had it for weeks – apparently. My main issue here is not that there are delays but with my dealings with the company, which are at best mainly useless and at worst highly deceptive. In my frustration, I posted a review stating I had not received my board on their FB page. Quickly they decided to phone me and a lady (unknown) stated that my board would be with me within a week so could I please take down my feedback. I, and I'm sure anyone would feel the same, said “I will not be taking down my post until it arrives”. Well that's been some weeks yet and surprise surprise there has be zero movement on the board. If it is a good product, I will have no problem stating so, but my experience has been tarnished by manipulative contacts from their team and deception to the level that I will be approaching Trading Standards to see where I stand. I'm sorry to say that the one star is one star more than I wanted to give them. If they get their company affairs in order I'm sure this might improve but if you, like me, have been conned by this (and I have asked for a refund several times so I could go elsewhere to no avail), I encourage you to speak out as it's the only way to force them to improve. Best of luck if you go ahead and buy one regardless as I know from other comments online that I am not unique in my experience.
