Only issue I have is Customer support, or lack there of.
I have a problem with the software freezing on one of my computers and when it freezes it causes the whole computer to crash and takes forever to restart after.
I have went onto their website for support and they only offer an email address as a form of contact.
I sent multiple emails but got no reply.
I use an SMTP relay and noticed that there were emails that were failing to send and it turned out to be the email sent to WPS Office.
I then tried sending from a different email address and it was the same
It appears that their support email is not active...

I tried their free 3 days trial premium subscription for school purposes using my gcash account and forgot to cancel it. My balance in gcash was automatically deducted 1200 pesos. I requested a refund but there were no replies. I badly need the money for my grandfather's medication and we are financially having a hard time due to the pandemic. Please grant me a refund. 1200 pesos is a BIG amount, can't you see that I used the free trial because i have no money to pay for a subscription? And now you can't give me a refund even if i didn't used the offers and services of the subscription? The 1200 pesos is for paying bills and not for a subscription. I beg you please give me a refund, my family is poor and I'm using your application for my studies in order to pass... Thank you and have a nice day.
