I purchased a 2 year subscription to WPS Pro which only lasted about 8 months before I could not longer login and the Pro version lapsed into the Free version. I sent a complaint to support along with attached screenshots of my receipt and other relevant images asking them to fix the problem. About a week later on Sept. 30, 2026 I received a "bot" letter telling me to wait 3 days because they were on it. I neither heard back from anyone nor was the problem fixed. I sent another "prompt" on Oct. 15, 2026. I'll need to go back to using MS Office and Google Docs for work. The system looks good, but I can't trust a company that reneges on their own agreement and ignores the customer's complaint. After reading some of your comments here, this appears to be a pattern, doesn't it? I should have read Trustpilot before I decided to try WPS

As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription and submitted a refund request. Thankfully, WPS approved my refund request. However, it has now been about five days since the refund was approved, and I still have not received my money. I understand that refunds can sometimes take a few days to process, but there has been no clear update on when I should expect the money to arrive. Being charged for a full-year subscription without my consent and then having to wait for the refund has been very frustrating. I hope WPS can resolve this quickly and improve its handling of subscription charges and refunds. This software is a virus- it keeps installing itself on my PC. I've never ever installed this poor software yet, it keeps creeping up and installing itself. Even if I'm looking for software, I will NEVER EVER use WPS because of it's persistence in forcing itself onto my laptop. Even If I want the services it says it supplies, I would NEVER use it as it has blackened itself from my consideration. I will never recommend this virus.

WPS Office charged me despite cancelling the subscription, and refused to refund the money! I cancelled the automatic renewal of my WPS Office subscription, but I was still charged for another subscription period. I contacted WPS immediately and explained that I had cancelled the renewal and had not used the renewed subscription. WPS refused to refund the payment and simply referred me to their no-refund policy.
Today 29th September wps just billed me for a higher subscription of 40,000 which I never clicked or subscribed, they asked for my email to issue a refund only to get a message of no refund. They are thieves, never put your cards with this company. They are bunch of thieves.

Instead of letting users easily download their own PDF, the software pushes you toward paying for features that should be basic. I putchased the suite for 49.99. Attempted down load the siftware and the link did not open up nor did it not provide guidance. I attempted this several times and same results. I attempted to utilize the chat function and to no avail. It was a BOT. I got so frustrated that I purchased another software. I reached out to WPS the same day for a refund and they refused to refund my money. It wasn't even 24 hours that I reached out to them. This company will bait you then screw you. Be ware for they are scammers.
Over the past two years I attempted three times to install WPS Office on my machine. Each effort resulted in enormous problems. WPS commandeers crucial parts of the operating system. The computer cannot restart or shut down. Other office applications' icons are being altered permanently even after painfully uninstalling WPS. Following damaging uninstallation, harmful residue still remains in the registry affecting other Office applications. The only way to restore the system to a previous date was in safe mode, after which even after cleaning the registry applications had to be reinstalled, icons still altered. AVOID!!!

I selected a 1-month ₱329 plan. WPS charged ₱4,400 and issued a 2-year plan. I have screenshots of both the advertised plan and resulting order. Both WPS and Google Play refused any refund, even though most of the subscription remains unused. Keeping the full annual payment for unused months feels extremely unfair. Think carefully before choosing a yearly plan. I hope WPS improves its refund policy and customer support.
