⚠️ Very disappointed with WPS Office. I was charged MYR159.99 for a yearly subscription, cancelled it, and requested a refund. Both WPS and Google Play refused any refund, even though most of the subscription remains unused. Keeping the full annual payment for unused months feels extremely unfair. Think carefully before choosing a yearly plan. I hope WPS improves its refund policy and customer support.
