Hello, Sonja. Thank you for taking the time to reach out. We are sorry to hear you had to change your original travel plans. We understand that many factors can make travel difficult. We are very transparent in our contract and communication that there are cancelation cut-off dates, so all of our guests are fully prepared. We also provide the option to add travel insurance through third-party insurance for guests who feel they may need to make adjustments. Unfortunately, this is not a change that we can approve for our guests. Just as you have a binding contract with us, we also have a binding contract with the owners of each home that does not allow us to make changes within that 60-day mark. Our team will always go above and beyond where we are permitted, but the existing contracts tie our hands for cancellations and changes. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience.
