Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your WaterColor getaway. We are sorry to hear that your visit did not meet our usual standards. We make it a priority to have the furniture in our rental homes professionally deep-cleaned regularly. We coordinate this with our upholstery cleaning company’s schedule while trying to minimize disruption to our guests during their vacations. Unfortunately, since the guests checked out on the same day you checked in, the cleaners needed access to the property until after your check-in. As a result, the furniture would require 10 to 20 hours to dry and become usable. We have reviewed your feedback with our team, and we agree that we should have reached out to you and considered your preferences. We apologize for not addressing this issue before your arrival.
