Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently highlight the smooth purchasing process, highly efficient communication with suppliers, and consistently good product quality across all multiple orders. Many buyers also deeply appreciate the helpful support provided by agents, secure packaging, and reliable tracking services. However, some customers also noted significant issues with severely delayed shipments, unsealed boxes, and missing components. People additionally mentioned receiving defective items, encountering unhelpful sellers, and facing difficult obstacles when requesting refunds or resolving disputes. Others expressed deep frustration regarding inadequate customer assistance when serious problems suddenly arose with their valuable purchases.

Professional Service -On time in full delivery - flexible and willing to work towards a mutually beneficial business arrangement
even though Jack Ma disapped from the press and media several years ago, I was not worried about the company, i think the company is in the stage where it is soo huge, that the board of directors will find a good leader, i mean CEO... anyway. i see that prices for some itmes got higher....not so nice to realize... but few e-commerce companies can match AliBaba, any little thing can be foudn here for a seemingly low price, but it depends.... I always check the rating of a seller before buying btw, and I recommend that to all, otherwise who knows... Ok, happy shopping to you all
quality product, need to enhance packaging presentation
It is working the way it should yay
Very reliable supplier and excellent communication for Q&A! There were a few issues with the delivery timing, but the delivery time wasn't the most important factor. I discovered the principle of Alibaba's purchasing platform.
Alibaba does charge VAT and I have to pay again when the product is imported to Switzerland. Nonsens. The shipper UPS is a nightmare. Twice delayed, no replay why, and suddendly in the front door, without notification. Use anything but UPS is a mess.
It was good, I would like to continue buying things to sell in my country. I think Alibaba is a good platform to e-commerce
here deliver is quitoe fast, but sometimes quality can be better..last time ordered earphones, well, I expected better...but still ok
I am buy Presure for my home. When i received parcel and open the parcel i see this is demaged i am contact them the are replaced my order so i am waiting
I keep getting random error messages, listings disappearing, and payments delayed. Website glitches frequently
My wife purchase Bed Room Parts they deliver on time but parts not orignal and not good conditions. So i am not happy.
do not buy anything of this seller Gavin Guo he is a scam luck mystery box you spposed to get a watch or a camera or a phone you do not get these he sends you ruddish you do not get what he advertised it is a scam seller the company is aliaba
Good solid equipment, and parts and film are very reasonable.
The description on the website is not precise, and it is confusing. The pricing on the website is significantly different from the salesperson person quotation, as is the shipping cost
Recently purchased a pickup truck topper from guangzhou huibaitong auto accessories co. ltd And while shipping pallet was in pretty good condition, the topper was bent, scratched and miss fitted. No build instruction or paperwork of any kind. Emailed guangzhou huibaitong auto accessories co. ltd And was told defects did not affect use of product, so just another Chinese “ ah too bad” moment! Bad news company! There are several makers of these toppers on alibaba so BE VERY CAREFUL! ALIBABA IS FULL OF CHINESE SCAM ARTICE!!
Alibaba sellers often send low quality products and Alibaba does not hold the seller accountable. Example: 1) Toner cartridges only 60% filled. 2) Incorrect parts on assemblies rigged to fit. 3) missing products on orders. 4) Seller raises price after making payment, when you apply for refund Alibaba keeps the original transaction fee.
The size X ASIA is equivalent to S UK EU, they don't specify the equivalence, I only realize it when I look at the product label. So I can't use it.
