I'm a long time customer and a repeat customer, why? because of the level of customer service I get each and every time I make a purchase or even an inquiry about a product. I have bought guitar effect pedals and other equipment over the years making all my purchases online. All I have have to say that I have never had a problem with an American Musical supply order that I have placed. The shipping is super fast and everything always delivered in pristine condition. My only interaction with a live representative was a few years ago and the rep delivered excellent customer service to me and was easy to speak with.
