Hello Ruth, I truly apologize if the first email didn't reach you. I'll repeat my concerns for you. I wish you had let us resize your ring. Because we can't see your Morganite ring we can't properly assess if the stone was damaged during resizing. How often do you clean your ring with a soft toothbrush and non-moisturizing dish soap? I clean my Morganite after every 2-3 wearings. Morganite or other very pastel colored gems require frequent cleaning. Body oils, air, dust and hand lotions can dull the appearance. I wash mine with Dawn dish soap and use a child's toothbrush. The children's toothbrushes have shorter bristles and are softer and never damage anything while being more efficient at getting into smaller spaces. However, if you wish to buy a new Morganite, we can send it to you. The price is GBP350. + tax. Feel free to ask questions. Let me know what you decide. I am glad to answer questions.
