ANY VIDEO CONVERTER
This is one of the best programmes to download vids from different sites, and it can do much more such as compressing vids, linking more vids into one, converting formats, adding audio, and counting. Heartily recommended. Ciao. Patrizia - Genoa (Italy)

AVC were excellent
AVC were excellent. After paying for lifetime licence for AVC Pro some time ago, I started having problems with certain sites. I sent them an email and they could not be more helpful. Same day replies to most emails and they guided me all the way until problem was solved. This is a great Video converter with great customer service.

I lost my laptop to a blue screen of death. When I got a new one the version of Any Video Converter I downloaded was very different to the one I previously had and I could not get it to work. One message to their support team later and Eco had got me up and running. Now it does everything the old version did and I am very happy.
Great people to work with
Great people to work with. Had a small issue with an old license on my prior computer. I changed computers and used the old license number on the new computer which didn't work. I had to send a ticket to the support team. However, the team got back to me immediately with a new license number and got me back up and running! Great job. I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star because I did have to reach out as the old license was not supported on my new machine. I think the team may want to support older licenses.
Excellent tool
The best converter & downloader out there if you ask me
