Within a couple of hours the problem was recognized and fixed by the friendly support team. I even got the newest AVC software version for free. For me it is clear that I will continue to work with this company. Keep going Greetings Juergen
Customer support is great. They are very responsive to any problems I have had. The software is fantastic. I use it almost every day. So many tools in one package!
Hadn't used my converter in a while. Needed to reinstall windows, couldn't use my old licence code. Emailed customer service and were very quick to reply and got me going again. Product is worth every penny. This company knows how to run a business. Thank you
Excellent customer service. When their new version of AVC was launched and my registration code stopped working, they promptly resolved it for me.
Customer support is prompt and very helpful. Thank you!
The customer service team is fabulous and quick. The product works great for any video/audio formatting and conversions that I do. Great product!
I have been using this product for years. The only one I use to get audio off of YouTube. Never an issue. No virus concerns. Highly recommended.
It seems to work well. It does support conversion from xvid avi to HEVC mp4. I queued up 25 tasks and it sequentially finished them about 20x speed. It gave me the original resolution which is also good. The file size option to large worked ok, retrying now with min file size. Large=~250mb, small=~70mb. Wonderfox converts 2 files at a time but I did not see this option using AVC.
Currently, multi-threaded and concurrent processing are only available for video downloading, not for video conversion. We will add this support in the future.
Interface for converting MPG4 to MPG2 in free version was fine.
It isn't just their sales that are good. It is their after-sales service. I had a problem with my software package. I emailed them and within a matter of hours they had sent me solution. I followed their instructions and am now using their software quite happily.
Their products are the best in the world. Always adding new features/updates to their products. Their customer support is also amazing. Thanks guys!
I have been using Any Video Converter actively for two months, and I am very satisfied with the program. My needs are fairly modest - mostly downloading videos and podcasts as mp3 files - and the program works very well... better than others I've tried (e.g., iTube Studio). YouTube videos download flawlessly, as do virtually all others. Only one or twice have I encountered an online video file that the program could not handle. The Format Convert routines also seem to work very well. I had some .MTS videos from a camcorder that had long been a problem for me, but the program quickly converted them to mp4 videos with the original resolution. Very nice! Anvsoft's customer service is very responsive to inquiries and/or problems. I appreciate that as I has some difficulty registering the program after purchase. I found the registration process less intuitive than I would have liked, but that's more my problem than Anvsoft's.
Impressed by the service. I had videos that would not download and requested advice from Anvsoft support. By next day they had deployed a hotfix to address the issue. Great service.
Value for money! One-time payment. Loads of features. What more do you need? It can download videos from Youtube, converts them to ringtones or mp3 and let's you edit them whichever way you like. Simply the best video conversion software around.
I am pleased with how you handled my problem and the solutions you offered while I was waiting for the next update. Many thanks!!!
I have been using this product for several years, and it is perfect. Also, the company has Excellent customer service. Thanks
Since “any video converter” has so many uses and features, it’s was an easy decision to purchase this product. There are many other workarounds and individual tools to use but having a multiple of polished tools in one package makes this very effective. I’ve been using AVC for over six years and plan to keep using it. I’ve had about 4 issues during that time and customer service always got back in touch with me within 24 to 48 hours to resolve any problems. This software continues to be updated and it grows and adapts with newer technology and added features. I strongly recommend this in your toolbox.
I have used the software for several years now without the need to get support. When I had to contact support the other day, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and positive response. I am very pleased with the support services provided, and will not hesitate to recommend its software to users.
I have been using Any Video Converter (Ultimate) for at least 10 yrs now. I haven't needed to contact support too often, maybe a half dozen times during this time, and they have always been super responsive with a good solution. Most recently I contacted them as I wasn't able to get some YT videos to load so I can convert to MP3. I was informed that the Ultimate AVC v7 is no longer supported and to upgrade to V9. Eco gave me the link. He said if that works, let them know and they will upgrade me for free. I sent my original registration information and Eco responded same day with the new upgrade. This new V9 looks much different and I'm excited to learn how to use this new AVC. Thank you all for your great support!
I’ve relied on Any Video Converter for many, many years, and it has never missed a beat. The software runs flawlessly day after day, and the team keeps raising the bar with fresh, innovative features. When I recently ran into a problem caused by my own faulty hard drive their support responded within 24 hours, diagnosed the situation, and still followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied even after I confirmed the issue was on my end. That level of dedication proves Anvsoft is a top-tier, rock-solid company, and their product delivers exactly what it promises exceptional performance you can count on.
