Great customer service received again from Stacy at Autel Store. It's so simple to renew buying an update card and Stacy is always so efficient in processing everything and always responds immediate to any enquiries. Fantastic service.
Been using for 3+ years now for my autel devices and yearly subscriptions. always great prices with great delivery/response times.
Absolutely top service from initial enquiry to taking delivery of the items. Much cheaper than anybody else I had looked at and fantastic communication throughout.
Do not waste your money, after service is non existent
Easy to pay for my annual subscription for my MX808 and the price was cheaper than last year. It was such a good investment to buy the Autel, for example, I bought a 2013 CR-V earlier this year and was able to program a second transponder key fob using the MX808 and saved hundreds of pounds compared to both Honda and local auto keysmiths.
Ordered a subscription for one of my old machines, process was easy and although it said 5 days to activate, it was done within 30 minutes Brilliant service!!
The website claimed the item would ship from the UK, but after I paid and followed up, they’ve now informed me it’s actually coming from China and will take 10 days to arrive. If I want it delivered sooner, I’ll have to pay additional taxes. If you are prepared to wait 14 days, go to Alibaba and pay less in the first place. They make it look like an UK shop, but don't be fooled, their "UK stock" is not really in stock. I'm very unhappy having a car on my lift I can't use for at least another 10 days. Very poor.
Bought an MX900 scanner from autelstore.co.uk for the purpose of relearning the camshaft sensor on my 2012 transit. Scanner could not do this as it will only relearn 5 specific cars camshafts, tried to return item within the standard 2 weeks cooling off period, they then tell me that they will take a 7 percent restocking fee off me, which is illegal in the UK, eventually after 3 months of waiting I get my money back minus their "restocking fee"
I ordered 1 year subscription and got a good deal. Thanks!
I have a very busy garage repairing hundreds of cars and vans every month, EV, hybride and ICE. We have been using the MK908 Pro for a few years (along with Bosch and Launch) and its an invaluable tool and powerful for the technicians that does pretty well everything. Autelstore are excellent and with great support too.
Never had an issue, always been spot on!
Fantastic service received from Autelstore and Stacy. Consistent five star customer service whenever I deal with them. Always efficient and anything ordered is delivered quickly.
Excellent! I needed the TCP (subscription for Autel IM608 2). I contacted them on WhatApp and he helped me identify which specific IM608 I have, sent instructions & I had my device downloading new updates on the same day. Within a couple of hours in fact!
very nice and fast service, they try their best every time
