NO Customer service, will not listen, stall tactics
Paid for Helicopter, received non working helicopter out of box, will not arm and spin up, remote works fine. Sent them multi videos they asked for, pictures as proof not working. its been 7 weeks and still no refund or new complete helicopter sent, they use stall tactics, lie and never listen to what I say about this issue. Sending a new remote when I already have a working remote will not cure the problem. What really bugs me, I sent them all the proof they asked and they still refuse to refund me for a DOA helicopter for $77.

Like that there are many products available. Additionally. The price of the items are very attractive. What I found a little confusing was when I plac d my order for two items. I had difficulty verifying the two items ordered.
Tracking deliveries is ok, but a little long in getting items, but price makes that ok.

The RC cars were slow to arrive but quick on the track when they eventually arrived.
The RC cars I ordered were excellent when they eventually arrived. They arrived safely & well packed. The delivery date was changed to further away several times. The change of shipping date was frustrating . This seems to be a trend from previous purchases, so patience is needed.

Such a pity -- the sell nice products but the manual was written by a 5 year old and the support team don't understand english questions and comments
I recently bought the single cylinger engine model - it took 12 days to arrive. The manual is very unclear and difficultt to use and when i got to step 2.7 i discovered 2 bearings were missing after only assembling 15 parts.I then bought replacement bearings from Amazon and when i tried to fit them, I realised the bearings had already bee n assembled int he crankcaseeven though the manual was not aware of that. Banggood are quite poor at responding to messages - and could not explain why i had to swap the connections on the circuit board in order to get them to fit. I finally got the engine to work despite ignoring the manual. The final question i raised with the company was to ask where the generator wires should be connected as they are currently stiking out of the side of the engine and the manual makes no reference to what to do with them. The company have not responded in over a week - I suspect they don't have enough english speaking support staff. I like the engine once its assembled - but beware of the manual - it is full of crap. Even the DC adaptor was mis described as a 5v more than 1000 mA adaptor when they could simply have said - get a slow charge 5v 2A DC adaptor. The items is nice but the manual and support team are utter rubbish - sadly.

Did I order 1? I thought it was 2 minimum. I am confused why I got only one. I do not understand. I am trying to check my order/info. Banggood is 2~500 for most items, I think. Am I wrong? Microtech knife is OK for clone. To much play in blade for me, every other aspect is OK. Blade has wobble tho, lots. Delivery was good/fast.
