I like the competitive prices that why I give 4 stars the only thing why I don't give 5 stars is because I have to be patient sometimes but thats understandable but what is make me disappointed some RC products or parts are out of stock 😕 🤔 😢 can't fix my RC toys if there is no parts thanks

Because of an iDEAL error I paid my order twice, send all the proof of that but I only get 'we will look into it' response (so no money back). Disappointing...
Update: What actually happened was that a few days after my failed iDEAL transaction (amount was debited from my account but Banggood said the transaction failed), Banggood noticed this and on their own initiative decided to continue the order. So I received everything twice, I can send one order back for a refund.
Another update: I have to send it back to China to get my money back, paying transportation/import fees myself. Shipping costs to China exceed almost the value of the goods so that makes no sense...

My package arrived in good condition but didn't like that it didn't come in a box to conceal the item inside, if I hadn't been home any body walking in front of my house could have seen wat it was and stole the package, everything else was fine.

Like any good "engineer," my son was able to still assemble the coaster and get it working despite the setback, it is a frustrating setback for the money spent.
Also, when built, according to the directions, the car is unable to clear the underpass when a mini-figure is sitting in the car. Pieces that "raised" the seat had to be removed in order to provide the clearance necessary for smooth operation.

To long to ship items,customer service very limited, discounts doesn't apply for the total amount, it only apply if you espend $50 on the same item you purchase an there some items only cost $10 and you have to pay shipment other than that.Prices are a bit lower but at Sametime you pay more by waiting.
