Banggood is cheap. That's for positives. Everybody is satisfied until you have a problem with the product. Absolute joke of customer service. Ticket closed after getting message that the video was sent to technician. Money goes into the bin. I do not recommend. If you'd pay 30GBP for something that you can get for 20GBP on Banggood it looks superb. Until you throw that 20GBP into the bin and think that you'd be better off buying on amazon. For me - never again.
I ordered a table which arrived as defected. I needed send several proof and I asked refund. Banggood service refused. They asked me to send back the product. I did. Than I waited and waited for 2 month.
I opened another ticket. They supposedly "asked" the supplier about the new package, than without any response closed the ticket.
Now after 3 month I dont have my money neither the product.
Your product is great but you need to change your delivery service - they did not leave my package at my front door but instead left it on top of my mailbox, which is on a busy street. This is not safe and future packages are likely to be stolen
I am satisfied with price, delivery and communication with banggood. The purcased goods were as described, without any unpleasant surprises. A positive overall experience with this platform.

Returning the item is more expensive than the item itself.
Giving 2/5 because you can sometimes find something valuable, but order only if you already know the item

The product arrived but unusable . O tried to find a solution with customer service. But there is no professional solution. They do not answer and find a solution . Never again with banggood
