Order #115472666 - Refusing 2-Year Warranty on SSD (artid=1968) and Ghosting Ticket

I purchased a MOVESPEED 1TB NVMe SSD from Banggood (Order #115472666), delivered June 15, 2025. The SSD died completely (undetected in BIOS). Banggood's official policy page (artid=1968) clearly states Solid State Drives carry a 2-Year Warranty (valid through June 2027). When I provided proof and cited their own policy table, customer support stopped responding and has ghosted Ticket #20260927174802000071 for over 4 days. Unacceptable after-sales service and refusal to honor their written warranty.

No software support for Yeuhoo screen (Wireless Android Auto)

The YUEHOO portable screen I bought from Banggood worked well for about a year, but then Android Auto suddenly stopped working. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted customer service for assistance. Product support from both Banggood and the manufacturer (Yeuhoo) is completely non-existent. Under ticket number 1546208572238602240, I waited over a month for a firmware update or a technical solution, which never came. Even after public feedback, their only response is empty, automated template messages ("we are working on it") designed merely to buy time, while offering zero actual assistance. ​The hardware is fine, but it is entirely useless for wireless Android Auto due to software limitations and a total absence of after-sales support. Avoid buying tech products from Banggood if you expect any post-purchase backing. This is just another automated template reply. I have already contacted your support multiple times regarding ticket #1546208572238602240, waited for over a month, and received zero technical assistance or firmware updates for the YUEHOO screen. Sending standard copy-paste messages does not solve the software issue. Unless you provide a working firmware fix or a refund, these replies are just empty words."

Purchased Two Different Planes; Both Inoperable

Purchased two planes from Baggood; the transmitter was faulty on one (red light would not illuminate nor transmitter beep after turning on power switch), and the other one, the rudder fails to operate after providing throttle, which is suspect for having ESC issues, or a bad battery. I tried contacting Banggood three different times, and never received a response.
