Been using Banggood for 5 years with a major problem.
I have been using Banggood for at least 5 years. Overall very good and I recommend them. Delivery as expected at 2-3weeks normally to the UK and the prices are competitive.
The items are as well described in the text but pictures sometime have been misleading. For example, the picture may show an assembled item that comes as parts to be assembled. The text will state this but when browsing this can be missed, just be careful on the pictures.
The reason for 4 stars is that on two recent orders. After placing the order I got a message a week or so later that the items were no longer in stock and shipment would be delayed. I then tried to get a refund for the order but the web status just stayed as a in process and never refunded. The items in both cases then arrived a month or so later that the original dates proposed. No apology or penalty for this. (Maybe they should look at AliExpress policy).
I would still recommend the use of BangGood as so far all orders have always arrived even if a little later that expected.

They're still doing well after all these years! I remember when GearBest was falling, Banggood was already there.
I love buying from them, they have quite a variety of stuff, and when something is faulty, their customer service is top notch!

Terrible quality and zero customer support for expensive appliances. I purchased a premium BEECO HQD-314Pro Kitchen Composter (Order #115553596) that cost hundreds of euros, and it completely broke down after just 14 months of regular use. The mixing blades are totally stuck. I contacted customer service and even told them I was willing to pay out of my own pocket for a replacement part, but they still refused to help me. Instead, they offered me an insulting 5 USD in shopping points. This premium appliance is now just expensive trash because there are no repair services or parts available. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had!

the legs tend to bow in, no way the weight rating is correct. the casters are good though and the top didn't arrive destroyed, but the finish was Meh

The stock guides were perfect just too heavy I thought for my saw. I paid shipping back but otherwise bangood refunded entire price. Recently ordered very expensive track saw guides from tso. One of the drop loc connectors is not working correctly. Tso will not accept a warranty return until I try and repair the connector here. Go figure.

Awesome the radio's was out of stock at point of purchase so I waited for about a week and had a message to say they was on the way and it only took a couple of days for them to arrive.
