I am generally very satisfied with this marketplace. One recurring detail is that my shipping address appears twice on the postage labels, which fortunately has not caused any delivery issues so far.

Well I hate your adds as you put prices in US dollars even though I set it to Australian dollars every time. I will not even look at add in US dollars you know that I am in Australia. You purchase history does not go back long enough when I try to do business expenses. You website is often a pain to use and the adds can be deceptive. As a result I always go to Aliexpress first as they seem more professional!

The transceiver looks good but qc is not good. Radio arrived with apparently the wrong battery charger,the plug doesn't fit the radio socket. Reported to banggood and replied they would pass back to the supplier for comments. Doubt if I will get any replacement soon. Disappointed

Late delivery

Late delivery. The product was out of stock but was still listed as available for a few days. So it obviously didn't arrive on time.

They didn't do bad but communication is poor

They didn't do bad but communication is extremely poor and the tracking is extremely unreliable. Got into a little bit of a tiff with afterpay because of it cuz they wanted me to make a payment before the item arrived. I'll gladly resume payments now but it took so long to get here and I could get so little assistance with tracking that I just assumed it got lost and I turned auto payoff. Lesson being be patient. They did lose one of the three but they immediately reimbursed me for it so I was worried for nothing

The package did take a WHILE to come but when it did it was almost in perfect condition but the right headlights wires werent connected to it, so im just gonna buy some new ones Speed: 6/10 Quality: 6.7/10 😏

The website is actually legit, at first I thought it was a scammy website because of the way it looks but I ordered and received everything and I didn’t have to wait too long. Although I ordered a RC car and for the specific model that I ordered they don’t have many extra parts, like replacement pieces, for example I lost the pins that hold the body to the frame but they don’t sell them? I had to get it off Aliexpress and I don’t like shopping there honestly.

Banggood is a good and trustworthy online store. I have been shopping there for years. It's great that they always take care of VAT payments for customers from the European Union, so there are no problems with additional payments. Also, some larger items are delivered quickly and directly from the European warehouse, which is great. However, there are three things to keep in mind: - Product prices change very quickly, so it's a good idea to keep an eye on the current price for a while before you buy. Even if it says that the price is on sale, it's not necessarily the lowest price. The price may be lower after a while, even without a special sale offer. - Unfortunately, I have had several experiences where a product was in stock, but when I ordered and paid for it, it was suddenly out of stock, and I had to wait more than two months for the product to be shipped. In the meantime, I had to argue with their customer support, and without that, they probably wouldn't have sent the product at all, but just refunded my money, which is easier for them. - And maybe one more thing: pay attention to their coupons and points. Sometimes they really do lower the price of the product by a few euros or dollars, but not necessarily. Some coupons are only valid on original, non-discounted prices. This means that if you use coupons, the price changes from the sale price to the regular price, which means that despite the coupon, you end up paying more for the product. When buying products, it is also worth checking out Banggood, as you can find many items at affordable prices. Unfortunately, these are often only their 'in-house' manufacturers, but the quality and prices of the products are competitive.

Discount makes it more expensive?

The $500 discount sounds great, but in reality it’s over 500 vouchers all worth less than $1 and never applicable to the product I want to buy. Be very careful when applying a discount voucher, the 15% discount RAISED the price of my product by $39 ??? So forgetting about the discount vouchers delivered me a great product for a reasonable price, if only the stupid spam would stop with all the fake discounts they send daily.

Overally good experiences

Overally good experiences, most of items delivered fast, in good conditions and functioning as described by selers. One or twice really delayed delivery (but i verified, that there was delayed production by manufacturer, so BG is innocent in this cause).

Bad seller!!!

Expected quality but bad sender. Do not order through this seller because it takes as long or longer than if I ordered from China and the payment was much more expensive due to the "EU" warehouse.

Product supplied was good and of excellent value. Unfortunately let down by Evri as a delivery company who put parcel out for delivery on 4 successive days. On the first 3 days failed to deliver at all. On fourth day delivered not to my address, not to my street, not to my post code and not within half a mile of my property. Product (Bangood) good, delivery (Evri) abysmal

IF you pay attention, you can find really good deals.

Pros: I bought a pretty good product at a good price (many times), and the delivery was lightning fast last time (and usually not bad either). Overall, the quality of the products is good (although I had a smartwatch that didn't work, and I had to exchange more emails than expected with customer service to resolve the issue). Cons: advertisements with clickbait headlines such as "Get $6 off orders over $20" are huge LIES. If you want to redeem these coupons, the price of the items in your cart will double, and the total amount will be much higher. The selected product must be double-checked because it is sold multiple times (probably by different sellers) at very different prices.
