I found the product to be "flimsy" more like a toy than a remote control airplane. I would like to return it for a full refund but don't know how. I struggled with the purchase as details of the purchase are not clear.

I've bought a lot of woodworking tools from them and pushed their app onto students I teach woodwork to. But it's becoming a thing, once a year you get a dud. This time it was negligent packaging which led to a bent and twisted item showing up. I'm sick of reading reviews that describe how good the packaging is. This time it sucked and it wasn't just me. Returns policy is not what they claim. No instant refund. Last time I emailed for a few weeks before I got a partial refund, this time I got the partial refund quicker. The product in decent condition is all I wanted.

Ordering was easy and straightforward and goods did arrive quickly. Sadly the item (RC car from fms) broke down after only two days of light use. I don't blame Banggood for that, but rather some kind of bad luck (in one moment steering worked and in the next moment not anymore).

I ordered a few times at this webshop. When things are working like they should it is a nice and cheap webshop. However when something isn't as advertised than you really have a problem. I bought a device which had 1. hardware issues (HDMI not working properly) and 2. looked like it is used before they shipped it to me (scratches etc. on the outside).
I raised a ticket and now I'm already waiting 5 days for a response while they say 24 to 48 hours...
In the end they sent me a replacement part (took a long time to get this solution and to get the new part) and now it is working again. However my preferred solution was sending the item back since I had, and have, no real trust in the product anymore. Beside this I had to change the part myself. However I updated the score to 3 stars

I ordered (order : 116187739) an Aoostar WRT Max computer that was advertised as in stock the 02/01/2026.
The 05/01/2026 I sent an notification from Banggood mentioning that it was shipped.
But as days passed the UPS tracking always stayed at the "Label created" only, with no evidence of the item being picked.
21 days after my purchase I still can't get any explanation from client service that mention every 2 days that I'll get an update in the next 24-48 hours. Which I never get.
I requested a refund and even this isn't handled yet.
That's not my first Banggood order but it might be the last...
Edit : 3 weeks after Banggood ended up performing another shipment that I received, so adjusting for 1 star to 2. But that was both long and painful…

Although the diesel heater is fitted and works, the remote control is inoperative on the Off button only, the other three work fine, so it appears that I need a replacement remote control. I have attempted to contact the helpline and also the robot reply’s by question and answer all without success. But keep getting inundated with vouchers offering discount from future purchases. This won’t happen until my current issue is addressed. Very poor Banggood.
