- takes a lot of time to respond trying customer to give up
Example: I bought Laotie ES19 scooter for cca 1500eur. That is a lot of money. Both controllers burned down after 10km, wheels stuck, had to order a proper rescue service bevause scooter is very heavy.
Banggood attitude: they requested sending photos videos, multiple times repeatedly, excusing and extending reply times. Result: they sent the same faulty controller, but only rear, after 6 weeks!!!. Front I had to buy myself. This is what you get from banggood.
If they don’t delete reviews with less than 4 stars, I would know I should not byt the scooter. Buy they are moderating reviews so be verty careful, do not believe these reviews are true. There are lot of negative reviews buy they are deleted.
For Banggood: you will react to this review as usual, that I should contact Customer service. But cistomer service will NOT HELP to fix the damage the same Customer service has done. I don’t like you but I have no other choice to buy stuff from China except Banggood. Do not ask me to contact Customer service, do not ask me to delete this review. Instead contact me on my email and we’ll see what you want to help with

No audio output from my iMars 10.1 and no video when engine running and in reverse gear.
I have installed the iMars 10.1 Android radio into my VW Tiguan (2012 model) but has NO audio output. All other apps and GPS navigation are working but simply no sound at all. Even volume is to the max.
My reverse camera work well when shifted to reverse gear but video disappeared when cat engine is running, just a blank screen. When engine stopped and key back to accessory position the video reappeared.

I ordered clothes and when I received them, I realized that they look way cheaper than they did in the photos. When I tried to return them, I was told that I could get a 30% refund without returning them, or I could have a full refund but I would have to cover the return costs myself (and from Germany to China, the costs are too high to be worth the return).
Their policy states that you can return clothes within 7 days and when I reminded them of that, they said it's 7 days from the day you buy it. However, their delivery took 14 days, so I don't understand how this policy makes any sense.
So I had to accept the 30% refund without returning anything, which is the reason why my review is not one star. But I'm still stuck with clothes that I paid for (with a 30% discount now) but I'll never wear them. I don't plan to buy again from this website.

I bought a couple of roughing end mills. This is not my first purchase from Banggood and I had pretty low expectations. But they surprised me again. The grind quality of these mills is just horrible. I cannot imagine Chinese customers would buy such products. Most likely they are quality rejects. Yes, the price is low, but so is the quality.
