Package received but turned out to be empty. On closer inspection, turns out package had been cut open (which I did not notice when it was handed to me). Banggood service terrible. I had paid for shipping insurance so expected this to be easy. And online complaint system responds, but demands that I obtain proof of package weight from the courier company. Courier company turns out to be less than helpful, directs me back to Banggood (etc etc). Summary: avoid Banggood. Made much better experiences in similar situations with Aliexpress.
Well generally they are okay. But when it goes wrong the customer service is a joke. The tactic is to give you the runaround until you give up. Never had an issue sorted properly. If this was a UK business I would have reported them to trading standards by now. Just remember if you have an issue its tough luck with this company. Buy with caution.
When the parts arrive OK and there's no issues they sell resonable quality parts for a reasonable price and they often have some good offers on but there are sometimes quality issues that can be difficult to sort out. Their support is a bit hit and miss, I've had a refund when the parts didn't arrive and absolutely nothing response when there are quality issues. Overall I have a positive experience....... so far.

I have had many happy experiences with Banggood until now. I've patiently waited 5 months (yes 5 MONTHS) for an order to dispatch. Decided to request a refund. Refund was denied because item has shipped. BUT IT HAS NOT SHIPPED! Your own website says it has not.

I ordered a chainsaw that failed on first usage. Contacted customer service and got the stock reply of send images and video which i did and then asked to get it fixed myself. Obviously i rejected the offer and demanded a refund and asked how they intended to retrieve their failed product This is a very shortened version of events and suffice to say that I will not be using the services of banggood (bangbad) again....

I ordered a Malachite V-4 SDR radio receiver and it would not receive the standard AM broadcast band. I I warn all not to by active electronics from banggood.com. If it works your fine but if you have a problem your on your own for refunds. As a broadcast engineer this unit was clearly defective. Upon notifying Banggood.com they responded saying they have to have a video first which I supplied. Then they said they would get back with me after 24 hours. Heard nothing within 24hrs. After 70 hours I replied asking for a return and credit. They responded back in closing the ticket. This is poor customer service. If you are ordering connectors or parts your probably ok but acting electronic products be warned.

The microphone is not working well with XBOX series X and with the PC. Stay away from this product, I sure will stay away from BlitzWolf products from now on.
Generally they sell inferior quality products. I had 2 x Sloar lights. Both failed within 8 months. Never to work again. I even pulled apart to check for damage but they are just very poor quality. Had 5 products from them. None were quality.
I bought 4 Banggood holdowns for 20mm holes in my workbench. Three were just acceptable, although a bit tight for easy use, but the 4th was so tight it was unusable. I contacted Banggood several times requesting a replacement but have had no response. In the end I have solved the problem by rubbing down the posts with coarse alox paper until all were an easy fit. I had already reamed the holes in my worktops with the excellent Axminster 20mm reamer to ensure they were accurately 20mm. Conclusion the Banggood product was well conceived but poorly executed and Banggood customer service and support leaves a lot to be desired. They have a good range of products and others I have bought from Banggood have be good value but it is a shame that customer support is not better.
the product received was not that was advertised in picture format what i ordered I only received 4 picks, 1 tension bar, padlock with 2 keys no picks in a bag as per your picture included. I feel it's really bad to do such false advertising to sell the product.
Different and INFERIOR product delivered, 10x slower than offered on BG website, and on their invoice !!!
