P51 mustang looked good but didn't work was missing alerion servo and connection I connected all other wiring to receiver with folly charged battery no light on receiver tried to contact banggood came back as no such e mail address couldn't even upload video of plane for them

Customer service is a joke. I bought a radio from them and it was faulty. Customer service took me as an idiot and have spoken to me in the way I have no understanding for what they say. I was frustrated and wanted money back for faulty device with sending it back. They were doing everything for me not to send it and tried to give me some silly advice which suppose to fix the issue. It didn't so I wanted return and refund. After many days of conversation, finally they refunded half price without me shipping the device back. Not recommended and never going buy from them again!

Quality control from this company in my opinion is rubbish/
Quality control from this company in my honest opinion is non existent. The S1 heli was undamaged but the T8 transmitter that came with this kit was an absolute disaster. Would not charge batteries in transmitter, only 2 red lights out of 3 come on when switched on. I have had to use XK X6 Transmitter to fly this heli. I have corresponded with Frank from Goosky but they can't seem to believe that the transmitter is faulty and want photos. I have given up trying, they are too hard to deal with and will not be purchasing Goosky again.

I went through the trouble to report a bug on the checkout-page at Banggood.com, as it was not possible to specify the danish zip code "2630", all other zip-codes seemed to work fine. I wrote "..but I was able to get around this by using 'DK-2630', but please fix"
I then got the answer:
"We suggest you try to enter 'DK-2630'..."

XK X 110s RC Helicopter--FAULTY right out the box.
This company can better itself by honouring faulty goods after countless emails and getting no further forward.
I have tried numerus times to get it replaced or returned as it was faulty right out of the packing.
Probably three weeks and this issue has not been resolved. Quite shocking.

Good stuff but pay attention what you THINK you are ordering
Banggood offers a wide variety of products against reasonable prices. Shipping cost are extremely low and shipping time on the last order was 1 month quicker than advertised.
However, not all product photos are showing the right product so you really need to pay attention and read other comments on the product. I recently got 50% of what I thought I ordered (apparently, a Party B) and now have a useless product unless I order Part A as well (and then have to wait for shipping from China to Europe). Banggood should pay attention to this "false advertising"!!!

1. The watch appears to be well constructed although I have not really tested the waterproof level
2. The watch annoyingly changes the clock face away form my preferred selection.
3. The documentation is not good quality and does not give a good account of the various sub-apps included in the watch. The menu is not well organised.
4. The BP measurement is not bad but noticeably lower than the results obtained with a proper medical instrument.
5 The heart rate monitor produces a totally inaccurate result, about 50% higher than actual.
6. Weather Report - It obviously does not know where my location is after I have set this in the App. Daylight and Night are confused. Sunrise and Sunset time are incorrect.
7. time synchronization with my smart phone does not work automatically....
8. What does work - It counts my daily steps reasonably accurately. It displays the time on a clockface of its own choice. Basic timer functions work ok. It reports incoming phone calls and messages (although emojies are not supported)
