Customer service (in case something is not working) is bad.
Already three cases:
You have to provide photos and videos on youtube to showcase the problem (even if a photo would be sufficient) and then you have to explain more than once that there is a quality problem. At the end they offer you useless Banggood points. If you resist on sending the defective device back they reply that, if they do not find a problem on their side you will get charged (they state on their website that you can return a purchase without reason!) and best of all they write, if the item is lost during transportation you also will be charged.

Good products and prices, but they engage in deceptive practices
I am satisfied with the products, prices, and service but Banggood engages in deceptive business practices.
They keep sending me emails claiming discounts, but the prices were inflated so that after the discount, it's the same price I saw when I when I searched for the product previously.
On top of that, they keeping emailing these deceptive offers almost daily even after unsubscribing several times.

I had no problem with the sharpening jig itself but more with customer service. The image on the website was misleading. It showed a chisel angle set up for the honing guide but that item was not sent with the chisel holder. They indicated that I had ordered the wrong item but I showed them that the image showed the guide was included. I tried to return the product but they refused to do so. They only offered me a partial credit which I could re-purchase the correct product. If I had done that the cost savings would have been lost. Overall very frustrating dealing with their customer service.

The prices in the emails don't match the actual prices in the app.
I often get excited when I see the email, but then get disappointed when I log in to the app. This is very annoying.
Another thing is that email says I'm entitled to the voucher, I log in to the app, and it says - you cannot use it.
Another issue is that my language is always incorrect when I shop in browser. I need to switch it EVERY TIME.
Please remember the settings once and keep them.
This all just breaks trust with the shop.
I originally thought it is on another level from other Chinese online shops, that lie and manipulate.
