Appalling service
Item took a ridiculously long time to come. It was poorly packaged and not marked as fragile. Broken and dented on arrival with severely torn packaging. We have not taken the product out of the packaging as damage was obvious upon opening one side. Pictures are attached yet they say that they cannot see that the item is damaged 😂. Now having trouble getting item collected and money refunded, even though insurance was bought. Communication is appalling and they have totally ignored our request for a copy of terms and conditions and an insurance claims form. Our credit card provider is now assisting us with the claim for a full refund. I will never buy from this company again and my advice to everybody is to avoid at all cost.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a jumper for my husband for Christmas. I ordered the size according to the measurements they said plus I even ordered a size bigger. The item arrived weeks after Christmas and was tiny! They sent a large instead of 2XXL. They have not been helpful and refuse to refund the item even though it is their error. They know it is very expensive to return the item so they are getting paid for nothing! Beware!!!

Sent gray/black lamp instead of brown and when asked for refund, engaged unnecessarily and gone silent

Do not buy from these products will not be like the picture, they will offer 30% refund then upto 40%. Waiting for PayPal now as lights are dangerous and nothing like the ones advertised. Don't waste your time or money. Should have read reviews as super expensive mistake!
Horrible and False Advertising
Do not buy their products. I get that everything comes from China but their customer service is horrible. I ordered some lights for a client which said dimmable on the website. Perfect, they came in and looked great actually but once we installed they weren't dimmable. After some back and forth with their customer service which felt like pulling teeth, they said that the wall light can change from natural light, warm light and neutral light. That is their dimming function. I said that it is not dimmable and that is a colour temperature change. They would not refund the order back due to false advertisement which it was! I also have an issue with 3 pendant lights coming in damaged which they are not dealing with!

I cancelled an order for a light, and have promptly received a full refund. No quibble. Thank you for your good customer service.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing a cardigan and wasting £34. As other reviews not what I ordered and real poor quality. Wish there was a minus star to give! AVOID
Awful Awful Awful!
Awful Awful Awful! Material was unimaginably terrible. Unwearable. thin, plastic s**te (sold as cotton blend!), quality of a kids cheap 1x use fancy dress item. A $1 item sold for £23. Also it's white on the inside and white drawstrings (picture shows black, picture also shows far higher quality / weight of material). I requested a return based on the above. initially offered 10% discount for 'inconvenience' Managed to push them to 40% after many emails. Apparantly they pay a high price for shipping from China and if you want to do a return then you must pay shipping both ways. In my case shipping both ways would have equalled or exceeded the full cost of the item. Only praise i can offer is the speed of email reply / communication. AVOID

The Mens cardigan described for sale I ordered was nothing like what I received. I received a Womens cardigan. The cardigan received was nothing like the described sales picture. The quality of the received cardigan is complete rubbish and is not even fit to give away to Charity.. I have been mugged off.. I recommend you boycott this company.. Disgraceful..

TERRIBLE Waited ages and when the jacket…
Waited ages and when the jacket eventually came was NOTHING like the picture I asked for a refund but then they said I would have to pay for the delivery to me plus tracking back an if I kept it they would give me 10% off LOL, in the end they gave me 40% refund but still annoyed
Good customer support
Hoodie arrived at a long wait (probably due to Christmas period) and had some stains on in a couple of places. I contacted customer support who replied promptly and we arrived at a satisfactory resolution. My score is therefore primarily for the good customer support experience rather than the product.
Great Experience
Because of these great folks my friends and I had a great time during a Clued Up event! The product was top quality, fit exactly as described, didn't cost a fortune and looked great!

AVOID them, I ordered a cardigan that was supposed to be XL and would just about fit a child, it looked NOTHING like the photo, was very poor quality and they are now refusing a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.

Would be 0. Coat far too small (ordered a size bigger than I needed) and sleeves very short. Company refusing a full refund like many people are saying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We will be out of pocket.
Great great product ***** 5 stars for me
I was very sceptical when buying a very smart suit on here , it did take a little more time to arrive , but I now put that down to Christmas postal rush etc, the product itself is very very good quality and beautiful design, I would highly recommend using this company for a top rate and quality suit , I will be using these again and again , very happy with my purchase thanks guys
