Ordered a jacket and looks nothing like the picture at all. Not the same material at all and am being denied a full refund for their false advertising and being expected to accept a 30% refund -shipping costs. Not acceptable!

I ordered a few ceiling lights and was a bit concerned when the shipping didn't get updated. I ended up getting the items 6 weeks after ordering (which makes sense given they're shipped on a container from China). Overall, it was a good experience and as long as you have the time to wait, I think this is a good place to buy from.

I purchased a quirky light fitting as my ceiling rose was offset in the room. It looked very modernistic. It has 3 rods to take the lamp shade into the middle of the room. However, the quality of the fitment was very poor and plastic. The adjustment wheels were plastic. When we came to fit it the threads where the rods articulated and joined were stripped and so we could not put it into any shape . The ceiling rose fitment was likewise very loose. Absolutely rubbish quality and it was over £100. Having been made in China- what more should you expect ?

Keep well away from Beautifulhalo! If I could, I would give 0 stars to this so-called company. Do not under any circumstances trade with them! Like many of the other reviews, the garment I ordered was nothing like is represented. The sizing is way out.....I ordered an XL after consulting with the size chart. What came would struggle to be a UK size 12 (with an XL label sewn in!) Customer services, an absolute joke, went through all the stages which others have experienced; suggesting I had ordered wrongly, they asked me to send pictures of me measuring the garment, the reply to this was there's always a %age discrepency........not in my book! 4 or 5 inches on bust and waist size!.....I wanted to return and have a full refund. It was suggested I keep it and sell it on ebay! Then I was offered a small refund and keep or to return I would have to pay shipping and the initial shipping too to get a full refund (which I would not get if I was to be paying shipping costs!) I've accepted their final offer of 4o%....how do I know its their final offer to me....well every time I reply to their email reply now I get the same reply....ie.....the 'mutual conversation' has dried up! They are shocking......do not deal with them. They need to be taken off the Internet. How do I go about having them taken down?

Company does not actually deal with the product. They dropship many items from other reputable (and probably less reputable) alibaba factories. They told me repeatedly they were the manufacturer of a ceiling light for sale but refused to give more info than what was summarized on the listing. They said they were unable to take a picture of the unit, the material information sheet, heck wouldn't even take a picture of the raw wooden material it was made from and apart from 1 terrible image photoshopped in 5 backdrops I doubt they have even seen the item in between adding their markup from the original factory. Huge red flag. Recommend Ali over this. Do not trust any technical specs given as they wouldn't have the foggiest as they don't actually see the product.

Everything I have ordered was as the description described it as. The goods were delivered as promised and were undamaged. I studied the measurement chart and although I am not a 2XL size the measurements stated there matched my size. I did not expect a "hand tailored" suit for that money! I have bought four suit sets from this company and all of them have been excellent value for money. Every time I wear these suits I get noticed and everyone, including the ladies, want to know where I bought them. A very happy customer!

AVOID ! appalling quality rubbish customer service refused to offer full refund unless i shipped tracked to china DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY Almost 20 emails to get a refund from them . They refused to cooperate until I agreed at there suggestion to leave a positive review - which I did. And have now deleted it as it does not reflect my real views . The quality of the product was dreadful . The customer service was like dealing with a stroppy 5 year old . I will never buy off this Chinese company again .

Quality of product is appalling. Very poorly manufactured. The packaging is equally poor, I had to have the product sent three times as it was broken in the post. The customer service is also dreadful. This company should be avoided at all costs. The company after an exchange of over twenty emails did honour their word and give me a full refund.

The trenchcoat had some damage but a replacement was sent very quickly and I received it much quicker than the original purchase so I was very happy with the outcome.

I would love to give this company 0 they don't deserve 1 star even. I ordered a jacket for my partner which when it came was a cheap copy of the item I purchased. The jacket which was advertised as a coat as well was made of cheap satin and the good quality lining in the picture was replaced with cheap balck satin. The measurements were all wrong. Not fit for purpose. When I applied for a full refund they told me initially they didn't do refunds. When I challenged this they said thy would give me a 10% refund then 15% then 20% and so on. They were based in china and kept saying it would cost too much to return it £17.50 and I would have to pay not only the postage from the uk bt also what they paid to send it too me as well as the £47 I had already paid and they would give me a 30% refund. Shocking company. I paid through PAYPal hoping to be protected from these fraudulent companies. Moral of this story is check a nw company out here before you buy. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I had the same problem with Light in the Box who also behaved like this.
