Okay... so a few days ago I wrote my original review, which was 1 star and the review was:
Pretty sure this company is not legit.
I ordered a hoodie from them about 5 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. I received an email from them on the 24th of December 2020 saying "yay! your item has shipped!" and the item hasn't arrived. It's now the 9th of January. I sent them an email asking about my item and their site said they answer within 2 business days and it's been four days. No answer.

Lo and behold, the item DID arrive today. Albeit, it was very late, it is a cool hoodie and my kid LOVES it. It's not a soft sweatshirt material but something thinner and not what I expected, but the quality of the images are pretty stunning and wouldn't haven't come out this clearly on sweater material.

This company is in China, which I didn't realize before, so I'll probably try and find something in the US next time so that I can support local business and receive it fast.
So the item was no where delivered in its time frame for the fast delivery. It was more in keeping with the standard shipping. They gave me a 7% refund after I complained several times about the shipping times which didn't cover the fast shipping fee difference but it was better than nothing. The items did arrive however intact and as advertised although scale is difficult to ascertain so I'll let them off on that one( it was a lot bigger than the pics). All in all 6 lights with 3 bulbs supplied. I wasn't actually expecting bulbs but they were three short in any case.
I ordered a Tiffany style lamp. It was estimated at 3-4 weeks to arrive but actually took 7. But every time I email and questioned where it was I got a reply back, not always what I wanted to hear but at least they replied. It come and it is brilliant it’s beautiful and I’m very happy with it . Thank you x
The parcel took ages to come but when the clothes did come they were really nice . I ordered clothes even though im a medium ..a little big but fantastic quality . I ordered in October they came in December
I've ordered from BeautifulHalo a few times throughout the past few years, and I've never been disappointed. One of my favorite Spirited Away shirts is from there, and I've been wearing it for years now. The only problem is, sometimes it takes a lot of time for the items to arrive. But even then, customer support has proven useful and willing to cooperate.

5weeks later 1 has arrived, other has been 'dispatched'.
Delighted with product. Well wrapped, fits fine for size 14, well made and nicely finished.
My packages came later than specified, but other than that everything was great. Even the customer service was great, they responded quickly and was able to tell me where my packages were located. The quality is great the only issue is the wait time, if you don't mind that then you should definitely buy from here.
I ordered a dress from them and it fits very well, the material is very comfy and the customer service is very good. It took a little longer than expected to arrive but we are in the middle of a pandemic and I got what I was paying for :)
I have read the other reviews here and I disagree, or at least haven't seen the service people have described.
The service I have received and the product itself has been absolutely perfect.
The website has hundreds or maybe thousands of very cool looking jumpers and hoodies of every kind, the one I have brought I absolutely love.
The delivery time was as described on the website; mine was shipped from china so naturally there was a short wait (the exact or I think even less time that was said when purchasing) and after it arrived in the UK it went through to the Yodel parcel tracking service, which after arriving only took about a day until I had control of the service and options for delivery, and on the date of delivery I was at work and was even able to text the driver to ask him to deliver it to a friends house, which was all done with no issue.
Since its arrived, I have worn the jumper almost every day, I absolutely love it, and Ill definitely by buying more from this site in the future. I haven't managed to find any other site that has such massively cool range of unique jumpers.
Ps. I have also seen reviews about people having issues getting refunds, so let me say that around a year ago I purchased a product, and then cancelled and asked for a refund, simply because I changed my mind, and I had no issues at all getting a refund. Obviously they tried to check that I was sure, but after confirming I was it was refunded straight away.

Couldn't fault this company, paid extra for fast shipping item arrived in three weeks they always replied when I contacting them and the spiral light fitting is absolutely beautiful.
I've been reading the reviews and most of them are bad. I don't know how to feel about this because I was going to buy a hoodie from this Company. Should I buy it? Let me know, please.

Beautifulhalo have helped address an issue with a faulty light I received. minor issue, but they did get in touch with the manufacturer and are in the process of getting it replaced/ fixed. Thank fully!
Well I ordered two chandeliers with beautifulhalo back in August 3 months ago , and have received both items all brand new and when they put together they are very nice for the price, I emailed them several times over the past 3 months and always got a reply off then so the communication is fine, obviously with the world in the state it's in with covid, I was expecting it would take a while, it is China all said and done and I live in England, they are reasonable large items small items are quicker, I looked at all the negative reviews and was getting rather worried, do I cancel them and get a refund or do I just wait and trust them, well I chose the latter and waited which I'm glad I did now because they're beautiful chandeliers take no notice of the negative reviews.. it will arrive eventually, BE PATIENT !!!!! LOL
Yes, the product comes directly from China, therefore takes a little longer to arrive, but those 1 star reviews are overblown; you're ordering super cheap by cutting out the middleman (Amazon), that's the price I pay: slower delivery.
That said, I give them 3 stars, because their customer service responds only to paypal disputes and the product is not great: polyester material and very narrow, so if you're a medium in the US, order large; if you like natural fibres/materials, make sure you look at the label before ordering (I didn't, my fault). Normally I'd ask for a return/replace, but won't bother, since my earlier experience (and some of the other comments here) makes me think that it'd just too much of a hassle.
So, if you know what you want, are clear about the material type of the product, order a size or two larger, and are ok to wait 2 weeks for the product you will get exactly what you want and be happy. If any of those are not your cup of tea, don't order and go somewhere more expensive, but quicker/ more akin to US size/material.
After reading many reviews after I had already placed my order, I thought I made a terrible mistake so I called to cancel. Customer service was extremely pleasant and apologetic because it had already shipped so I said not to worry. My orders just arrived and it only took 2 weeks. My new military camo jacket is beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased. My experience was great and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Beautiful Halo 😊
