Per previous email replies sent to you, with confirmation by FedEx that the order was delivered to the correct address and a signature obtained upon order delivery, a reshipment or refund was not possible on the high dollar value order. In the email communication we advised that you may contact the financial services company (Afterpay) should you wish to further dispute the order charge and we can then respond to any billing dispute filed.
