Lost hope...this is a scam. LOST 150 USD TO THEM. Waited for nearly 3 months. Tried two different iphones (Xr ans Xs). NO RESULTS. For each phone they told me it could not be unlocked and I could not get a refund, although I verified the phones before submitting on their suggeted websites (swappa). Now they do not reply to refund requests. AVOID UNLESS YOU GOT MONEY TO SPARE!!!
Absolute scam company. They take your money then stonewall you. Won't even accept paypal because they know you can do a chargeback in case of scam... Which is exactly what they are.
do not use this company, it is a scam!! It has been 7 months since I sent payment and nothing has happened.
They do not deliver promised services at and apart from automated answer they do not respond to emails. I think this is some sort of fake/scum service counting on the scheme that some percentage of unfulfilled orders will not be claimed by the clients. And this small percentage of likely hundreds thousands orders generates some reasonable income... in other words it's a fraud.
you will pay the fee hoping that the do what they said, after waiting for couple weeks they didn't provide what they promise. they don't respond to emails! I had to ask paypal for refund! I don'r recommend it
12 days ago I paid for an "iCloud Lock Remover" service to no avail ! I have contacted, emailed and opened a ticket through their support program to no avail ! Not even a peep! Absolutely no response! Order No: 166914

Well. I had an iPhone 7 that was blacklisted and FMI on linked to my previous owners iCloud account and the phone wouldn’t activate. I tried many services like Unlockbase and applriphoneunlock but none worked. In the end though expensive BIR was able to unlock my phone in around 13 working days from date of order. Not bad. The only reason to take 1 star away would be the speed and clarity of response on emails. I did have to go through couple of days of lull period and unclear back and forth but in the end I got my phone activated and I would definitely use them again.

I paid for the service to clean the blacklisted ESN/IMEI for a sprint iPhone due to unpaid bills. The service was $35 and advertised to be completed in 5 business days. 3 weeks later it was still not done, and and I could get no response from their “support” webpage to give me an update on if they are actually working on it and if/when it would be completed. The only good news is that I was able to get a prompt refund through PayPal, so at least someone is working at the website to handle payments, but apparently not to complete services as promised.
Beijing Iphone Repair They may have not been able to unlock my device but they were able to tell me which of their services I needed and refunded me immediately, I will be using this company again once my refund is through
