I had a disappointing experience with Billion Connect regarding their B2B pricing.
Before making my purchase, their sales representative, Camellia, offered me a much cheaper plan and pricing, which was one of the main reasons I decided to proceed with the purchase. However, after purchasing and accessing the platform, I found that the actual plan pricing available on the platform was significantly higher than what had been communicated to me before the purchase.
Because I relied on the pricing information provided by the sales representative, I committed money to the service and ended up facing a financial loss.
For a B2B business relationship, I expect clear, transparent, and consistent pricing, especially when a customer is making a purchase based on a specific quotation or offer.
I have raised this issue with Billion Connect and requested that they investigate the matter, review the communication from the sales representative, and provide a reasonable pricing adjustment or credit.
I am still open to continuing business with Billion Connect if this issue is resolved fairly, but I believe potential customers should be aware of my experience and carefully confirm the final platform pricing before making a purchase.

Came across their offering when looking for data plan to use in Turkey for 3+weeks. Took a gamble and bought 2 eSims. Had a slight issue (my fault) but they helped me and the actual signal was great (allowed network hopping in Turkey rather than a single network).
Cannot fault any part of the service, will definitely use again and will recommend to friends and family.

Cheapest and most reliable eSIM for travellers across the world
We are full time travellers and that said, we are always in need of reliable connection for data worldwide. We have been using Billion Connect since the last two years and their connection has been great, fast and cheaper than most other travel e-SIMs in the market. At this point we have used Billion Connect in six continents and cannot recommend enough to other for short term or long term services.
Billionconnect is absolutely amazing to use! I used it while I was in China and it worked perfectly. It bypassed the firewall which is what I was most worried about. The connect is also strong and I had no issues with connection.
I used their esims throughout my China trip and never had any issues. The connection was great, fast speed and was very easy to set up. The customer service was also helpful and responsive when I had some questions.
I used Billion Connect during my trip to Luxembourg at the end of last year, and it was really easy and helpful. The internet was fast, and setting it up was super simple too. I even went hiking in the forest and still had a good signal the whole time. Definitely recommended, especially for the affordable price.

I'm an merchant mariner and often need to travel to different countries. I usually purchase an unlimited one-day option, but there is still a data limit. For instance, the 2GB option for India and Pakistan is a bit insufficient. It is hoped that unlimited data can be truly realized.
i like is the connectivity.
what i dont like is that they minimize the speed with there Unlimited plan.
I'll give 5star if they put back.

As a frequent eSIM user, I can guarantee, Billion Connect is nowadays one of the ultimate class eSIM provider for a wide range of countries. Support team of BC does their job at high standards, in case a problem faced.
I'm in EU yet every single data packet from this provider is routed through China (Probably where their UPF actually is) and then back to EU. This means the ping is very high and even using VPN services is almost impossible because of the Great Firewall of China (GFW) . Additionally, the "Unlimited" data plan is not actually unlimited. After 10 GB they will throttle the data so much that you won't even be able to open up the google.com landing page. Stay away from this provider.

I bought European unlimited plan.. it was fake high speed
I bought European unlimited plan, there were two options for 1 day:
1} 500 MB full speed and after that 128 kbps unlimited for 0.69 USD
2} second option was just "UNLIMITED" for 3 USD in description claiming "Daily high speed data cap unlimit".
I chose the second option which was supposed to be fully unlimited with HIGH speed. Turned out that the unlimited high speed was real only till I reached 1 GB! After that it started to be throttled to 5 mbps. That is not a high speed that I imagine. There is no mention of throttling after only 1 gb!
Therefore i can't recommend this service.

I buy unlimited data for 30 days in USA. After ~25GB the speed go down from 10mb/s to 250kb/s, if so slow i don't need unlimited data, don't buy from them
Tried a 10-day unlimited internet plan in the US, but the service is unreliable. The speed drops often, it’s not consistently 5G, and some apps like ChatGPT or TikTok are blocked since the data is routed through Hong Kong. Customer support doesn’t resolve issues either. Honestly, it’s worth paying a bit more for Airalo. I’ve had much better experiences with them. Why not 1 star? Well… you do get internet for a cheap price, but the so-called “unlimited” plan is basically a redundant service.
