We're sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations with our packaging. We are opening each of the online ordered boxes in our warehouse in Seattle and re-sealing them individually. Our shipping department is taking the time to apply all of our Lockstars to each strap since customers have relayed issues with attaching the Lockstars to their straps on their own. This is an important component to keep your camera securely attached, and it is our goal to make your use of our product easier. We do our best to meet customer needs and fulfill their wishes. I can guarantee you that the strap you received has not been used, and we regret that you were inconvenienced. If you would still be interested in an exchange for a strap that has not been opened and upgraded, we are happy to work with you do make that happen. Please reach out to us at [email protected].
