评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. People frequently mentioned that customer service is completely unhelpful, leaving buyers ignored and facing severe communication delays when trying to resolve product issues. Customers also experienced frustrating hardware faults, such as broken charging ports, cameras failing shortly after purchase, and poor overall device performance. Though some reviewers were happy with their new devices and praised the reliable battery life, durable build, or helpful support staff, these pleasant moments remain uncommon. Future potential buyers should carefully consider these recurrent quality control and customer support concerns before making a final purchasing decision on the official website.

I've purchased multiple products from…
I've purchased multiple products from Blackview, including phones, tablets, smartwatches, and earbuds, and have always been impressed. Their items are well-made, reliable, and offer outstanding value for the price. Delivery is always prompt, packaging is secure, and the quality easily rivals, if not surpasses, more expensive brands. Whether ordering directly from their website or through Amazon, I’ll definitely continue shopping with them.

Promising Tech Brand
Have had a good experience with the BV8200 smart phone with its rugged looking case and and great screen which has really good clarity. The spec of the phone ensures I can run multiple apps in parallel. Had some questions on the hardware which the customer service answered promptly.

Great value for money
Love my ear phones I have ordered from this company! They are as good as named brands for a fraction of the price and look like they should have cost far more than I paid. Ear phones were well packaged and quick delivery. Highly recommend

I have been using the phone for a year now, the quality is excellent, I bought my son a tablet for Christmas and he was very happy!!!
Good quality products from this company…
Good quality products from this company made at an affordable price. Have bought a few products now from Blackview. A phone which was very affordable and functioned the same as higher priced brands. A tablet which was very affordable and worked brilliantly for my son. It also came with all the bells and whistles like case charger and even a screen protector. Delivery was on time. Have not had to contact customer services as haven't had the need yet so can't comment on that. Both products are still in use and working so I'm happy!
5-Star Experience with Blackview
I've had a fantastic experience with Blackview devices. I've used both their tablets and smartphones, and I have always been thoroughly satisfied with the quality and performance. Out of the four devices I purchased, one had a minor issue. However, after reaching out to their customer service, the problem was promptly resolved, and I received a replacement without any hassle. What sets Blackview apart is their commitment to innovation and quality. Their devices are not only robust and durable but also come with user-friendly interfaces and impressive battery life. The attention to detail in both design and functionality makes their products a reliable choice, even under challenging conditions. I highly recommend Blackview to anyone in search of dependable and well-crafted technology.
Great experience with their phone so…
Great experience with their phone so far, no problems whatsoever.
Always a good experience
Always a good experience. I'm surprised to see so many poor reviews. I have purchase from Blackview on multiple platforms in the past and have used both their phones and tablets regularly... I've never had anything but a positive experience. Always fantastic products and always fast delivery and a professional service.
I've had a few Blackview phones over the years
I've had a few Blackview phones over the years and the fact that i keep coming back to them says a lot! they're not always the cheapest on the market, but they are the best value for what you're actually getting, dependant on the model (as we have different ones for different members in the family) you get decent cameras, processors and screens as well as a battery life that usually far exceeds the big brands on the market, so they get top scores from me
Outstanding Quality and Specs!
★★★★★ Outstanding Quality and Specs! Blackview has truly impressed me with the high-quality finish and top-tier specs on their tablets and phones. Their devices not only look premium but also feel incredibly well-built, offering durability and sleek design in one package. The performance is outstanding, with smooth operation, sharp displays, and impressive battery life. Whether it's their rugged phones or high-performance tablets, Blackview consistently delivers reliable, feature-packed devices at a fantastic value. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality without compromise!
Always quality items
Have bought from Blackview several times. Phones, tablets, smart watches and earbuds and never had any issues. Always prompt delivery, well packed and great quality items. They are just as good as more expensive brands if not better. Will definitely use again, whether it's directly from their site, or through Amazon.
