I am probably going to have to throw the V50 pro that I bought in the trashcan. I wasted 600+ dollars. Customer service is not helpful. Google's AI is able to suggest more fixes than they do, but none of them works. Most of the settings that are supposed to be there aren't. I have not been able to make or receive a private call since I bought the phone. It automatically goes to speaker when I call out or receive a call. If I push the speaker button to turn it off, it represses it by itself. I also cannot use android auto. It won't stay connected to my car. They could only come up with, check the cable and make sure the phone is unlocked. It that doesn't work it isn't compatable with your car. Really? It's android 16, and my car is a 2026 model. Again, AI will give you all kinds of fixes. I tried them all. Nothing works. It just goes around in circles with a connection error every second. Anyway, I bought the phone because it is supposed to be able to stand the Texas heat. So, I would be able to run android auto in my car for the long commute I have without it getting so hot that I have to put it in the fridge. It gets hot, just like my old phone. Anyway, just dont do it. You'll waste your money, and their customer service will not help you.
Doogee phone reverse camera has failed within 9 months. It was bought on Amazon, who don't want to know as the seller has left. It's impossible to claim on the guarantee as Doogee only cover items on their own website. Please stay away from this company to avoid disappointment and rip off trading method.
I'm not a shill - I'm a genuine Doogee user. I have a Note 59, with 32 GB RAM, which is more than any computer I've ever owned. Battery life is good. The device is very good value for money. I have 211 apps installed, and it handles them well. Mine has Android 15. It's a 5G phone, and the fastest download speed I've measured is 343 Mb/s. Doogee is a Chinese manufacturer. I have a Doogee tablet also. I recommend this brand. For under £100 it is excellent value.
My phone's fingerprint sensor stopped working completely and I couldn't watch videos on any app or browser due to a green screen, all within a year. I contacted support but they didn't seem to want to help.
The phone is good but heaven forbid you ever use doogee customer service. I have bought the phone directly from doogee website, on the day of shipping the tracking did not update and so contacted doogee, 48 hrs later I was left with the feeling of a having my problems trolled by a single irrelevant sentence every 24 hours (response time after every message) currently I'm 4 days after contacting customer service with no answers to my delivery. 11 days after I payed for the phone. Avoid at all costs unless buying from a respectful third party.
I purchased the Doogee Anywise Pro smartwatch in January, and it has been a massive disappointment. Visually, it looks like a cheap, fake copy of a Garmin Fenix—clearly, this brand does not care about design patents. While it claims to have many features, absolutely none of them are accurate. The health tracking, altitude, and barometer data are completely unreliable.The hardware quality is just as bad. Within a couple of months of buying it, the health and heart rate sensor stopped working completely. After a prolonged, exhausting conversation with Doogee, they finally replaced it.However, the replacement device failed just a few months later. The battery degraded entirely and cannot even last a single day on a full charge.When I reached out to Doogee about the second faulty device, they passed me from department to department. Refusing 1-Year Warranty Support for Defective S200+ (Bad After-Sales Service)
I bought a Doogee S200+ which developed an internal hardware failure (the main 100MP camera completely stopped working) after 5 months of normal use, well within its 1-Year Warranty period.
When I contacted Doogee Official Support and the seller, they completely evaded their warranty responsibilities. They refused to provide a partial refund to cover local repair costs and refused to send essential replacement spare parts (Camera module, Screen Assembly, and Opening Tool) so I could fix it locally.
Instead, they are forcing me to ship the device back to their Hong Kong repair center at my own high international shipping cost, leaving me without a phone for 3–4 months.
This is a clear evasion of their 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. The phone is a sealed rugged device, and forcing buyers to pay heavy return shipping for factory component defects is unacceptable. Extremely poor after-sales service and zero accountability.

Had a couple of Doogee phones now and they seem fine for the first 6 months.
A little slower than flagship devices but they’re half the price, this you could live with.
It’s the build quality that really pies them off for me, I’ve had the s200 less than 6 months and it’s already totalled from a 1 foot fall, don’t think you can realistically sell a rugged phone that can’t survive a coffee table knock.
Their warranty claims seem completely inaccessible, can’t even find where to make one from.
The last a V20 broke from a USB port failure after 12 months. Apparently an issue so well known it’s got its own tab on most repair sites.
Build quality bad, customer service non existent.

Extremely disappointed with Doogee’s quality control and after-sales customer service.
I purchased a brand-new Doogee S200+ smartphone, but it arrived completely defective right out of the box—the main camera module is totally dead and non-responsive.
When I contacted their official store/seller, they acknowledged and admitted the hardware failure in writing, confirming the unit needs hardware repair/replacement parts. However, instead of taking responsibility for sending a factory-defective phone, they refused to cover return shipping or provide a proper resolution, expecting the buyer to pay international return shipping for a dead product present upon arrival!
Doogee manufactures rugged phones, but their quality inspection is non-existent, and their warranty/after-sales policy is a total nightmare. Buyers beware before spending money on Doogee products!
New to this companies phones. Won't buy one again. Supposed to be a tough phone. Screen got a crack straight away but was fine to use. 6 months later screen is too damaged today use. It's definitely not a tough phone. After 6 months the USB C charger connection is loose and barely charges. It's always been a slow charger. Awful brand.
If you make a warranty claim, Doogee will use every possible tactics to discourage you in the process.
They requiried me to source a local repair shop or estimate international shipping costs to Mexico to honour their warranty. They place an undue burden on the consumer.

Doogee customer service is slow at responding and does not actually fix any phone issues. Their service is bad. My phone does not receive photos, links, or group chats. I have emailed them within 2-3 months of buying to try and fix the issue they never resolved it. I emailed a second time and they still could not fix the defected phone. I asked for a refund and they said they will only give me half refund and I have to pay for shipping... Then officially today the screen breaks from just dropping it! I bought this phone because I thought it was rugged and the screen would not break!!! Well the company is false advertising, bad product and bad customer service. Don't buy!
I bought my 3rd Doogee phone by now - because of the large battery, but the 2nd s100 doesn't complete described capacity,and also has software problems after the 2nd sending back - so I bought a v max pro, but I can't hear the other party, and also the battery running out fast, like at s100 pro, though it should be better in stand by . And in talk time - as technical details mentioned it - but it is not. Dealers reply is polite, but they want me to send the phone on my cost to another country for repair.
The Note58 is a decent budget phone but as with all Doogee phones the software or security updates are effectively non existent. In the two years of using Doogee there has never been either update. Compared to leading brands most offering years of updates this needs to be taken into account when buying Doogee.
I purchased a Doogee mobile phone from Amazon which for some unknown reason had a intermittent fault with the battery percentage icon so I contacted customer service who emailed me straight away and replaced the mobile . Overall the phone was great value for money . Customer service was Excellent.
I bought one of their phones, it arrived quickly and as described. I did have some problems with the phone and a few problems with Doogee but they came very good in the end and I would definitely but from them again.
Terrible company AVOID. Product (tablet), ceased working after being used 3 times , will not refund for faulty goods. Or fix . Experience has been awful. Have been emailing since Feb until now April . Do not believe this company. They have no credibility

I bought a Doogee phone and was very impressed with its build and quality. It was on the heavy side, but it was solid and well-constructed. The phone was good for a few months, with a long-lasting battery.
However, I left my phone on for a few days and used my Samsung phone. The battery died. It would not recharge. I have tried everything suggested on the internet, but after many attempts, I have given up. Apparerntly this is a common fault with Doogee phones. i found out later on the internet. great !! I bought a phone for £200 that is absolutely useless now because it will not recharge the battery. Big fault with Doogee phones. Not recommended.
