Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. People frequently mentioned that customer service is completely unhelpful, leaving buyers ignored and facing severe communication delays when trying to resolve product issues. Customers also experienced frustrating hardware faults, such as broken charging ports, cameras failing shortly after purchase, and poor overall device performance. Though some reviewers were happy with their new devices and praised the reliable battery life, durable build, or helpful support staff, these pleasant moments remain uncommon. Future potential buyers should carefully consider these recurrent quality control and customer support concerns before making a final purchasing decision on the official website.

I had no problem with the tablet then ADVERTS

I had no problem with the tablet or it's quality - none. I was very happy with it to be honest. However then the nonsense started. Intrusive adverts and notifications you couldn't turn of or even silence. I bought the tablet not this endless stream of dictatorial remote admin to earn the company extra coin with ads. How counter productive, greedy and untrustworthy is this company? Next tablet will NOT be a Blackview.

No return flexibility for B2B orders via eMag

No return flexibility for B2B orders via eMag I purchased a product from Blackview Official Shop - Ro (via eMAG Romania Marketplace) on my company account. The next day, I requested a return because the item didn't suit our project. The product is 100% brand new, untouched, in its original box. The seller completely refused to approve the return ticket or issue a return shipping label, strictly hiding behind B2B legislation, showing zero flexibility or respect for business clients. Absolute lack of professionalism. Avoid buying from this seller if you purchase on a corporate account! Order ID: 510224083.

Waste of money

Waste of money I Bought Blackview BV4800 SE Rugged Smartphone, 2025. The phone stopped working within 2 months. I tried to claim the warranty in Amazon, they directed me to the company. When I contacted the company with the Amazon order details but it’s really hard to claim the warranty. Please don’t waste your money.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing – do not buy The phone does not work properly. Several apps have problems, notifications do not work reliably, and some apps simply stop working. Today, even the camera froze and stopped working. The biggest problem is the customer service. There is no proper way to contact a real customer service representative. You are basically ignored and only receive automated/system emails instead of any real help. I expected much better for the price. In my experience, this has been a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend avoiding Blackview and not buying this phone.

Black view X1 smartwatch is rubbish

My Blackview X1 smartwatch has very limited functions. 1. Will only show the time 2. Will only charge up 3. The touch sensitive screen does NOT respond 4. This watch does not have a reset option 5. It will connect to the H Band app but I am repeatedly asked for my password which it will not recognise. DO NOT BUY I am now throwing this poor quality rubbish in the bin.

Not Even the Copy-and-Paste Apologies Anymore

Well, it seems Blackview has finally run out of things to say. After months of repeatedly responding to my reviews with the same polished apologies, promises to "personally take responsibility" and assurances that someone would contact me and resolve the matter, Blackview has now gone completely silent. They haven't even publicly responded to my last two reviews. And, of course, I still haven't received the promised resolution. This saga has been ongoing since 1 January 2026. I have sent countless emails and messages, contacted multiple customer-service channels, escalated the matter to senior management and repeatedly provided the information required. I was repeatedly promised that someone would take ownership of my case. I was repeatedly told I would be contacted. And then — nothing. The irony is almost impressive. For months, Blackview couldn't resist publicly responding to my reviews with reassuring statements about how seriously they took my concerns. Now that even those responses have stopped, the silence is perhaps the clearest response of all. I'm still blocked on Facebook. I'm still waiting for a meaningful response from Canthy, the Customer Service Manager. I'm still waiting for the resolution I was repeatedly promised. And now Blackview can't even be bothered to post the standard apology underneath my latest reviews. Perhaps the copy-and-paste team has finally realised that repeating the same promises without actually doing anything isn't going to make the problem disappear. So here we are, almost nine months later. No resolution. No meaningful communication. No follow-through. Not even another generic apology. At this point, I don't expect Blackview to suddenly resolve this because I write another review. But I will continue documenting what happens — or, more accurately, what doesn't happen. Because after almost nine months, the absence of action has become the story.

I have a Black view Rock 3. Don't bother.

I have a Black view Rock 3. Owned it for 3 days. And it's rubbish. (Compare to my Motorola edge 30 pro.) Wrote to Black view asking for a refund. Stated I'd have to send it in to check first and only if a fault is found then they'd consider a refund. I'm guessing the diagnosis will be nothing wrong with it. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but it's laggy. Very laggy. I mean early 2000s laggy. Ie. Apps screen and scrolling through just jumpy. Wifi keeps dropping out. When you want to clean all apps on the tab, you press it and it doesn't work. You have to do manually . Also when you're in messages and want to send a picture by pressing the + button in the message box, it's dark as hell. You have to go through the camera and then send a message. What a load of rubbish. So much for the new phone being quicker. Maybe it's because it's an android 16 that hasn't been updated since sometime in 2025. That's what the phone is telling me anyway. And the Bluetooth is on according to the top left notification but in the menu settings it says it's off. (I can link things) This phone reminds me of a cheap chinese phone I once owned wrapped up in a sturdy case with old technology. (This is no dig at the Chinese. I've always been impressed with their tech it's just the the other phone was made there) The problem here is it's not cheap. I would not recommend. As for the lagging, I'll put it on YouTube to demonstrate the issue with a buyers beware warning. Can't be bothered with sending it in. Ive done that before to another phone and it "never arrived"

custom problems

Order a new flagship phone explore 2 because it was not available in my country jet. Waited 3 months to arrive. to customs they declared a value of 45$ while the real value was x10 customs hold it, i could pay a fine of 300$, and they promised to reimburse 50%. when all came together, they said in their system the phone was not delivered, so they could not reimburse. and on top (in case it would shown delivered) they asked for a reciept of payment for the fine payed to the customs... knowing very well that customs dont give reciepts! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE! LOOK FOR A STORE IN YOUR COUNTRY OR CONTINENT!!!!!!

(Rewriting the review. I didn't reply in time because I didn't have my phone.) I bought the flagship Xplore 2 and after only 3 days of use, the main camera stopped working. The internal hardware test shows a "FAIL" for the rear sensor. It is my second Blackview with hardware problems. Be careful if you are an international buyer, as their Quality Control seems to be failing. I am waiting for a solution from the support team to see if they actually stand behind their warranty. On top of the hardware failure, the customer support is extremely slow. I have been waiting for a resolution since March 17th. It is unacceptable to leave a customer with a 433 Euro paperweight and no answers for a week. Total lack of respect for the consumer. I spent extra money shipping the device from Brazil to Spain, the bureaucracy was difficult, and the device still has the exact same defect. My issue was not resolved. In fact, it seems worse now, as visual artifacts frequently appear on the screen right after the camera app crashes. Watch Blackview Reply to This Review Instead of Resolving My Complaint

Another update, because the situation has now become almost absurd. Blackview continues to find the time to monitor my online reviews and post public replies apologising, promising to prioritise my case and assuring readers that someone will personally take responsibility for resolving it. Yet I am STILL blocked by Blackview on Facebook. Think about that for a moment. Blackview can find my reviews. Blackview can publicly reply to my reviews. Blackview can repeatedly promise to take responsibility for my case. But apparently nobody can simply lift the Facebook block or ask the senior members of the customer service team who are already fully aware of this case to actually respond to me. In particular, I am still waiting for a meaningful response from Canthy, the Customer Service Manager, despite the extensive history of this complaint and the countless messages and emails I have already sent. This issue has been ongoing since 1 January 2026. At this point, I do not need another public apology. I do not need another generic invitation to "contact us directly." I have already done that. Repeatedly. For months. What I would like Blackview to explain publicly is this: Why do you repeatedly find the time to respond to my negative reviews, but not to actually resolve the complaint behind them? Why am I still blocked on Facebook while you publicly claim to want to communicate with me? Why has nobody ensured that the senior customer service representatives already involved in this case—including Canthy, the Customer Service Manager —actually respond? And why should anyone reading these public promises believe them when the previous promises have still not resulted in a resolution? The contrast is becoming impossible to ignore. Blackview appears remarkably responsive when the conversation is public. My experience once the conversation moves away from public view has been very different. So please, no more copy-and-paste apologies. No more promises that someone will "personally take responsibility." No more telling me to contact you privately when I have already spent more than six months trying to do exactly that. Unblock me. Read the existing correspondence. Ask the senior staff already involved to respond. And resolve the complaint. Surely that would take less time than repeatedly writing public replies explaining how seriously you claim to take it.

Another Generic Reply. Still No Resolution.

Another review. Another apology. Another promise that my case will be "prioritised." I've now lost count of how many times Blackview has publicly apologised and assured me that my issue will be dealt with personally. What I haven't lost count of is the number of times those promises have resulted in absolutely nothing. This dispute began on 1 January 2026. Since then I have sent hundreds of emails and messages, contacted multiple support channels, escalated the matter to senior management, and repeatedly provided every piece of information requested. Each time I have been told someone will take ownership of my case. Each time the outcome has been the same. No meaningful progress. No lasting communication. No resolution. What concerns me most is the contrast between Blackview's public image and my actual experience as a customer. Every negative review receives a polite apology and a promise to help. Yet despite months of these assurances, my issue remains unresolved. If this latest response is genuine, then I welcome it. But it is impossible to ignore that it is almost identical to the promises made previously—promises that were never fulfilled. At some point, repeating the same apology without delivering the promised action stops being customer service and starts undermining confidence in the promises themselves. I will gladly update this review if Blackview finally resolves the matter. Until then, this is simply another public assurance without a corresponding result.

We are in the construction industry and…

We are in the construction industry and purchased 45 phones based on the promise that they were rugged, durable devices suitable for demanding site conditions, with cameras capable of producing high-quality photos for job documentation. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. Of the 45 units purchased, at least 15 have developed faults serious enough to be taken out of service. We have experienced cameras fogging internally, phones randomly taking upside-down photos, lanyard attachment points breaking during normal use, which is particularly concerning when working at heights, screens going completely blank, and devices becoming unusable with no way to restart them. Overall, the reliability of these phones has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to other businesses. To make matters worse, when we raised these issues, the response from customer service was unhelpful and focused on deflecting responsibility rather than assisting with what appears to be a widespread product quality problem.

Good phone. Adware is annoying

Good phone software is annoying. Be prepared to have adware included with the phone. System wallpaper and sports notifications are forced on and cannot be turned off.
