Do not ever return to them a package pre-paid, always make sure they pay for the shipping on arrival, because if they say they will refund when the item is in the warehouse then that's a lie, just as much as the promise of contact and to resolve at the customer satisfaction.
I pre-ordered a new Fort 5 a month ahead and paid insurance for delivery. Arrived phone, and it was already randomly losing connection so I kept testing. After a week I decided to try GPS, doesn't work, almost at all. No signal - Losing connection. I ask for return, I get promised a refund, I send back and they ask me a specific return "air freight", which is an expensive form of shipping and i want to underline this: THEY DID NOT USE, they used the cheapest business delivery I could find on the internet: CRONO ECONOMY. Nevertheless, I was promised a refund and instead i got no response from the support for almost 2 weeks since the tracker said it's arrived. After solleciting and offering a counteroffer, they unilateraly decide to emit refund only for the phone! Then they inform me that my insurance only covers "lost,damaged, delayed" when the phone literally arrived with a broken motherboard! Proceeded to ignore every other attempt for a fair refund I made at them, making me waste a lot of time. I decided to have them contacted from my legals, because this has become a matter of international fair trade, there is no way such behavior can be accepted in the european market. It's inacceptible that if everything goes well, good bravo amazing company - the moment something goes wrong and it's time to take accountability they escape like bandits. I hope this helps someone make a better decision. If you still purchase you better pray the delivery goes well so buy at your own discretion.
