Very disappointing
Very disappointing – do not buy The phone does not work properly. Several apps have problems, notifications do not work reliably, and some apps simply stop working. Today, even the camera froze and stopped working. The biggest problem is the customer service. There is no proper way to contact a real customer service representative. You are basically ignored and only receive automated/system emails instead of any real help. I expected much better for the price. In my experience, this has been a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend avoiding Blackview and not buying this phone.
