custom problems
Order a new flagship phone explore 2 because it was not available in my country jet. Waited 3 months to arrive. to customs they declared a value of 45$ while the real value was x10 customs hold it, i could pay a fine of 300$, and they promised to reimburse 50%. when all came together, they said in their system the phone was not delivered, so they could not reimburse. and on top (in case it would shown delivered) they asked for a reciept of payment for the fine payed to the customs... knowing very well that customs dont give reciepts! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE! LOOK FOR A STORE IN YOUR COUNTRY OR CONTINENT!!!!!!
